I am sitting at a table with friends, it is dark and loud. I am bored. I am absently searching for something affecting to distract me, when I spot myself sitting across the room. I am at a table with some friends…and I am staring right back at myself. I am unable to look away. The gaze between us has me transfixed. Then he, the other me, shuns me with a smirk and joins the conversation at his table. He is speaking, and his hands are gesturing along with his alluring tale. His friends are captivated by the unconstrained other me. I envy his ease. Now I am alone at my table and I am singing to the other me. My song is pleading for him to hear, to once again find me, but he does not. And just as I am about to stop singing, you grab my hand and pull me up from my chair, and I wake up.
p.s. it is because the light reflected from painted glass is ambiguous. mirror me in your words, and that is where I find clarity. as do you, in each others.

Okay, fine. The real reason.
I came because the rumor was this Mayo was supposedly a certain someone. I was curious what gave people that impression, especially without any kind of actual confirmation.
So far, I've been drawn into this blog, not only by it's writer and the extremely well written posts, but by the group of people that visit here, and the diversity that I find from each of you. Some love, some are angry, some are accepting and some are forgiving.
In the end, I think, we're all here for the same reasons. Those have been stated again and again by most, if not all of the people running around here.

Reasons for being here:
First, it was because I had nothing better to do than to read some stranger's blog. It struck my fancy and I kept coming back.
Then, as I started reading the comments that were left and the sincerity in your posts, something inside me flipped its switch. I knew this was where I needed to be.
When the ideas tossed around here about the band came to the forefront of this whole thing, I knew I had found a place that would allow me to speak my mind on the current situations involving the band. I had not been allowed that method of communication, in the blogosphere or real life. I needed a place to vent my thoughts and feelings.
Then, probably most importantly, I stuck around after my opinions had been stated because of the people. There's never been a group of people I've ever met who have been so funny, caring, supportive, and real, who have never taken any shit from anyone, who are genuine, honest, and filled with good.
This has become my home. I feel like this is what it's about. A fellowship. A community. All because we loved the same band. Who would have ever thought?

Hey there,Paper!
I think I was a bit blunt when I explained my reasons as to why I am here. My main reason is because I have concern for both Mayo and SS here and almost most importantly, because I was able to develop strong bonds with all of you. Every one of you holds a special place in my heart and I appreciate that we stick up and protect each other whenever neccessary and that we support each other through the good and the bad times.
I have to admit, I am not one who writes anything inspirational but every last one of you, for me, represents each and every star that glows brightly like white hot fire throughout the night sky; Always and eternally shining brightly no matter how daunting, hopeless, any situation may seem. I admire that we have each other's backs and that we watch out for one another, and for Mayo and SS.
What could be more important than to develop bonds with each other and lent our support to the author of this blog, and to the amazing SS? We became family and there is nothing more stronger than that kind of bond. It is undefeatable.

I like that, Hug Fu. You should have levels, like the black belt stuff in karate or kung fu or whatever (my apologies to both art forms and their followers). Maybe you could call them, like, blue arms or purple arms or such, depending on the pupils' levels of mastery.
