There behind the casing, a path
you do not dare to follow.
It is fate that has impressed into the dirt
all the places it has been.
When where the earth is dry it is gone,
dusted into every other moment in time.
But where it is wet and allowed to parch
the trail remains and you can follow it
back to where it began.
It is given to chasing rat tails
and following frogs flopping into ponds.
That time spent heeding…
“You will never make it across.”
Until now that it is starved and the fat rat is slow.
But, the old black rope never made it across.
Just like it was told.
It was struck straight through
the middle, crushed.
Pasted to the burning hot asphalt
by a dodging challenge to cross.
Immediately it tried to coil around itself
to pull up from the back end, its entirety.
But it failed, and will lay there frying
until it becomes fully denatured.
While above crossing the trees, its foe glides
and swoops down between each rushing conveyance.
And they will eat!
They will pick apart bit by bit by the bill.
Because they must, they will.

«Oldest ‹Older 601 – 800 of 4497 Newer› Newest»it all really depends on the individual, amyranth. you know they always talk about the seven stages of grief? well, those are just a short-cut to describing the process, and can happen in any combination, in any sequence, for any duration.
it is truly an individual process. you just have to follow your heart.
omg, ergo made the page switch over behind my back!
sneaky sneaky ergo!
so them posting poetry to each other was derailing your conversation, yet you guys complaining constantly about it was NEVER derailing anything.
You could scroll past pages of your own and other's complaining but a bunch of people writing poetry to each other "derailed" you.
I still can't believe how stupid and selfish you all are!!!
YAY!!
*happy dance*
HI Tj
HI Amy
She's slick, that Ergo.
That's true Teej. I've only ever seen people go through the stages of grief. Really, the only loss I've suffered is my cats and my dog, which can be more or less intense compared to losing a parent or other blood family member.
I'm not relishing the experience when it happens either, but it will.
Ergo, how was the camping?
I am mega sneaky McSneak today TJ
Amy that is really sad about his coworker, a guy here who taught at the catholic primary school has similar, he just went overseas for a treatment, they community raised money
he's only young with young family, they are now waiting to see if it was effective
Ergo, I hope so. If it's a brain tumor, those things can be so unpredictable. Mister's cousin had one as a child and thankfully survived after an operation, but with my Uncle's co-worker things must have been more severe...
11:40 the truth is that YES, they did it just to hurt Amy and others. The poetry anons tonight and when others do it, is for friendship. When THEY did it, it was to harm and hurt and DERAIL. The point is that Amyranth asked them repeatedly to stop interrupting her and no one even listened.
very true Amy, our vet was diagnosed and passed in only a few months a couple of years ago.
on a lighter note, camping was great, weather was perfect and though we didn't do a lot we had a good time
I am mega sneaky McSneak today.
*heehee* yes you are! must've been those close encounters with snakes over the week-end!
amyranth, grief is grief. when you lose a loved one, whether it be a family member, a friend, or a beloved pet, it's still a loss that hurts, different each time, but still something that leaves you heartsore.

Or that you use to get attention on a blog.
I am not talking about you guys.
"
it is truly an individual process. you just have to follow your heart."
.................
That's only OK For some people to do.
Other's, get judged for handling grief.
Disgusting.
Most of you.
11:51 you are also appauling.
Or you suffer in silence, knowing better.
the snakes were cool, the water one I think is a Macleays water snake (though it is point of contention with someone who doesn't agree with me ...yet)
and the little black one we aren't sure about, I think maybe a Slatey Grey
that was from our snake book, so I am going to google further
hubby had the little black one by the tail, it was at night, on the way to the toilet tent
it was pretty docile, then he threw it further away so no one would step on it
the other one was the next morning we took the kids for a walk up the creek and hubby saw it on the bank, It sat for ages, then just as I took out my camera *woosh!!* into the water right toward us, I had no idea until the boy beside me jumped and yelled out
Poetry is great..... unless the porchies post it.
Grieving you have to follow your heart.....
Unless Kapu does it.
Sorry but they are right about you guys at VV.

I wish Porkie-loving anon would suffer in silence. If you love them so much and idolize then go email then and leave us alone.
The key work being SILENCE, stop complain about it, its over. Go back to VV if you like it so much there.
I'm just uploading some pics now
Isn't the term "porkie" just so clever?
that must have been so starling, ergo! my only close encounter with a snake was years ago, and a harmless (and adorable) garter snake. it was when my ex and i used to house-sit for a couple during the summer -- i was sitting out in the backyard, taking close-up pics of the flowers. i shifted position to get up, and that's when i saw the little cutie, all curled up in a pile of loops, smackdab against me!
*hee*
20 minutes, and i didn't even feel it. glad it was a friendly. :)
Excellent point Teej!
Ergo, can't wait to see those shots. As you've seen, my dad is terrified of Australia, so I'll have to forward those pictures on to him!
Have a goodnight everyone!
Why, I haven't heard an insult as witty as "Porkies" since the third grade.
goodnight Amy sweet dreams!
stupid photobucket makes me do one at a time, and I don't know why
good night amyranth! :)
ergo, i always dread photobucket, too, but in my case dial-up just makes it a stone drag.
view of our campsite.
our ute is the white tray back one in front of the white wagon (that will be important later)
view down to the creek
really cool gecko I found
Sorry but they are right about you guys at VV.
Amy Wendy OPJ Mya Martha. The rest are good people.
gecko's head up close
shower tent (closest) and toilet tent
close up of shower tent.
it was lovely having a hot shower gazing up through the roof at the moon one evening through the trees
wow, the tents for necessities are really cool, i hadn't seen that design before. i bet the shower was magical. :)
and that gecko! it's little gecko grin! so cute!
it looks like it was a great campsite, ergo. you're making me crave the camping experience!
*phew*
that's all
*whispers*
but the last link isn't working.
oops!
another campsite view, our tent was the one behind the hanging towels, creek was to the right
yep.
i officially want to go camping now.
haha I conflicting edited myself!
I opened a tab so I could re do it while I deleted the other
yes TJ I love getting away. we put up big tarpaulins and have the tents below, that way they stay cooler, we do have another big tarp but we didn't bother putting it up this time
now back to the ute, back in the earlier pic, on the way out (to go home) it was packed up and the swags,
a canvas covered bedroll that are like this rolled up.
were on top so as I had to open gates I sat up on them in the back cruising along as the sun set, I love doing that, nothing like being on the back with the wind in your hair (except for the occasional bug in the face - wear sunglasses, lol)
oh and meant to say the ones we used for necessities were called "pop up changing tents", they had a bit you could put over the top too but we left it open, esp for the shower of course
oh i know what you mean about sitting in the back! when i was in high school, one of the things we used to do on the weekends was drive up the logging roads and backroads that go all over the glacier nat'l park area. i always sat in the back of the pick-up truck, often with headphones on. i loved the wind and speed and music in my ears.
i've heard of the changing tents before, what a good use you put them to!
it's great isn't it, our daughter loves it too, any chance she gets
the change tents were my brother in laws idea, and they work fantastically, we had a toilet seat too, over the hole, so you could sit inside and the shower tent blocked any cool breeze too
it's an awesome idea, and one that could easily be adapted at an s.c.a. event -- there are always people who want a shower.
hmmm...
it could easily be disguised...
oops! the lure of a new project almost got me! :)
i'd better be saying my good nights and get to bed, but thank you for sharing your pics, ergo, it's so neat to see where you were. :)
an early good night to you, and hope to talk to you again tomorrow!
actually I now think the snake by the water was a Keelback
you sure could adapt one, and having a proper shower is such a nice thing when camping, I'll have to tell you about our hot water system and our encounter with a feral pig tomorrow!
sweet dreams
mayo,
today was a gorgeous day, everyone was commenting on it, knowing full-well that the forecast calls for solid rain for a good long while.
i took advantage of it, took my walk down to the riverfront and back. i like to come back along slightly different routes, turning down different blocks (not that there are many ways to return to the shop, downtown paducah is a few blocks wide at best). today i walked along the floodwall, ignoring the murals in favor of the historic buildings on the other side of the uneven brick street. there's an inn there, wouldn't that be a nice treat?
i listen to my music as i walk now, but always take off my headphones while along the river. the sound of the water is so lovely and gentle, and now that the trees on the other side are green, the water shades across in such delicate shades of porcelain and jade it really requires that i stop for a moment to admire.
once back at the shop it's time to work, even though we don't open for an hour. today i mopped the tile floor. it took a half-hour but as i was plugged in to my mp3 player and dancing as much as i was mopping, it was no hardship. *grin*
maybe it's just that everything is blooming and the green is pushy and vibrant and everywhere, maybe the air in the morning makes it impossible to be anything but a little giddy, maybe i'm moving forward even though i'm in the last place i thought progress could be made.
whatever it is, a smile is a contagious as poetry these days.
you're not immune to it, i'm sure. *smile*
good night mayo. dance a little tomorrow, yes?
"On Pleasure
Then a hermit, who visited the city once a year, came forth and said, "Speak to us of Pleasure."
And he answered, saying:
Pleasure is a freedom song,
But it is not freedom.
It is the blossoming of your desires,
But it is not their fruit.
It is the depth calling unto a height,
But it is not the deep nor the high.
It is the caged taking wing,
But it is not space encompassed.
Ay, in very truth, pleasure is a freedom-song.
And I fain would have you sing it with fullness of heart; yet I would not have you lose your hearts in the singing.
Some of your youth seek pleasure as if it were all, and they are judged and rebuked.
I would not judge nor rebuke them. I would have them seek.
For they shall find pleasure, but not her alone:
Seven are her sisters, and the least of them is more beautiful than pleasure.
Have you not heard of the man who was digging in the earth for roots and found a treasure?
And some of your elders remember pleasures with regret like wrongs committed in drunkenness.
But regret is the beclouding of the mind and not its chastisement.
They should remember their pleasures with gratitude, as they would the harvest of a summer.
Yet if it comforts them to regret, let them be comforted.
And there are among you those who are neither young to seek nor old to remember;
And in their fear of seeking and remembering they shun all pleasures, lest they neglect the spirit or offend against it.
But even in their foregoing is their pleasure.
And thus they too find a treasure though they dig for roots with quivering hands.
But tell me, who is he that can offend the spirit?
Shall the nightingale offend the stillness of the night, or the firefly the stars?
And shall your flame or your smoke burden the wind?
Think you the spirit is a still pool which you can trouble with a staff?
Oftentimes in denying yourself pleasure you do but store the desire in the recesses of your being.
Who knows but that which seems omitted today, waits for tomorrow?
Even your body knows its heritage and its rightful need and will not be deceived. And your body is the harp of your soul,
And it is yours to bring forth sweet music from it or confused sounds.
And now you ask in your heart, "How shall we distinguish that which is good in pleasure from that which is not good?"
Go to your fields and your gardens, and you shall learn that it is the pleasure of the bee to gather honey of the flower,
But it is also the pleasure of the flower to yield its honey to the bee.
For to the bee a flower is a fountain of life,
And to the flower a bee is a messenger of love,
And to both, bee and flower, the giving and the receiving of pleasure is a need and an ecstasy.
People of Orphalese, be in your pleasures like the flowers and the bees."

Mayo
Well to tell the truth I did have some things I wanted to tell you tonight but then I realized why bother. I’m just a forty-something mom from Podunk Kansas.
I mean this must be true right? I read it on the Internet so it just has to be true.
This is in no way aimed at you Mayo. I’m just very pissed off right now.
I hope you had a good day and that tomorrow is extra special. Take care.
Elena (Podunk perhaps but full of common courtesy)
*comes in singing whilst dusting off the big SCARLET A (or is it a B)on her chest*
Dang these Hawthornesque puritan societies! They really suck. How long do I have to wear this thing? I forgot what my "sentence" was?
:P
"Do you feel like a man
When you push her around
Do you feel better now
As she falls to the ground..."
^*RJA tonight = YAY*^
Good morning/night Mayo, SS, Elena, Ergo, Amy, Sweetcheeks (where are you), TJ, poets, everyone!!!!!
How are you all tonight? Did you all have a good day/night? I hope so!
Elena: Well hell, woman. If you read it on the internet (especially around blogbelieve) you know it's the gospel truth. Like you said, it must be. HELL YEAH it is!
:P
Ergo: Two sssssnakes???!!!! EEEP! I certainly hope they weren't (too) poisonous. Ummm... you did have your shotgun, correct?
KOL 2: Thank you for watching the videos!!!! Their live sound is impeccable! I hope you and KOL are able to get together on the 12th!!!
For anyone (interested in KOL or JAZZ FEST) who may have missed the video links:
~You can watch them all HERE~
MissT: Thank you so, so much!!!I'm always jazzed up! I get especially JAZZED up for Jazz Fest, French Quarter Fest, Voodoo Fest, Mardi Gras, whenever someone I want to see/hear play is playing the HOB...
Okay, I'm always jazzed up covers it, methinks!
Sweetcheeks: When are you going on vacation? Try to win some money, for me, in Vegas!
;)
I know I missed something; but, I'm tired. I must get some sleep so I can be bright eyed and bushy tailed tonight!
:D
Goodnight everyone! Sweet dreams to one and all!!!
Hugs and Love,
~Namaste~

Hi PJ, Andrea, Em, Persephone, SC, Entropy, SIM and Pixie!
*runs back in after looking in the mirror*
That's right! I got two letters.
I have a P and a B!
It's one on each side for me!
Elena: If you get bored with your letter, I'll exchange with you.
Goodnight, again, everyone!
Take all your problems
And rip 'em apart
Carry them off
In a shopping cart
And another thing
You should've known from the start
The problems in hand
Are lighter than at heart
Be like the squirrel, girl
Be like the squirrel
Give it a whirl, girl
Be like the squirrel
And another thing
You have to know in this world
Cut up your hair
Straighten your curls
Well, your problems
Hide in your curls
If it's the truth, own it. Run with it. Don't get pissed off about it.
Hi!
I didn't read back, but I hope everyone enjoyed Cinco de Mayo.
It was a lot of fun!
And I most especially remark the diversity of those who celebrated in Detroit. It was pretty special.
:)
Take care everyone.
*hugs* all around
elena, in who's opinion? You are not "just" anything and don't you forget it
goodnight wendy
mayo

hough my pay will stop,BOO but my stress will also! YAY! eh you have to take the good with the bad hey!
And I should tell you that I got an awesome pair of boots today, I can't wait until the weather cools a bit more, I will have a chance to wear my nice winter stuff again. I also tidied my work area and put a plant by my computer, always makes me feel better to have some green, great plants too, you just stick em in water and they just live happily. Hope you have a plant near you each day, if not get one, you should
much love EP xx
SS
do you like plants? Being near them makes me feel relaxed, the colour green is very good for temperament. Plus they have the added advantage of recycling your carbon dioxide and giving you absolutely fresh oxygen! Now you can't beat that can you!! Personal oxygen, you gotta love it!
So have some quality time with some live vegetation, it'll do you good
lotsa love
EP xx
goodnight blogbelieve see you in my morning

'night!!
Kol anon! I am going to Cincinnati! I thought about going to Charlotte, but it was on a Thursday and I had classes that week and end of semester papers to write, so it was impossible. I don't know why they could't come to Atlanta this time around. They played the Masquerade on the last tour, but I couldn't go because my Granps died and we had to fly to Boston. Oh well, maybe next tour.
But yeah, I would love to meet up. I'm in section C, third row back. Email me at ohnokatiedidnt@gmail.com and we'll make plans. I'm so excited!
Oh! I forgot. I have a great interview with Caleb and Mattew to post, although you've probably seen it. But it's so great it should be seen more than once. :)
I'm on my iPhone though and it's hard to do links. Be watching for it later.
Bye!
*matthew. Lol. It's hard to spell on this thing too. :/
Be like the squirrel, Mayo!!! Be like the squirrel!!
^_^
Do ya get it? I bet you do!
Hey SS!
I am so bleepin hungry right now I think I could eat a squirrel.
Ummm okay so maybe not but close. O_o
I got your number Mayo. You old devil you!
Later!
be like the squirrel?
mayo's going to hoard his nuts for winter. smoke too?
Sell Crazy somewheres else...we're all full up here. ;)
Hiya Mayo, ss, everyone. How are you all?
Amy, I'm so sorry to read about your Uncle's employee. 22 is no age, it's just so sad.
Amy and TJ, I am very envious of your bunny slippers, so they come in yellow?
Ergo, your camping trip sounded great. I especially loved the close up pic of the gecko which was defo posing for your camera.
Thanks for the medical advice. I went to the doctors today and got a proper dressing, I have to go back monday to get it changed. Not in so much pain but it's still looks like a shark attack.
Morning!!
hi smoke
hi KOL2
hi missT
good idea to see the doctor, proper dressing makes a big difference, did they use the silver cream?
Hiya Ergo sweetie, how are you?
They put me a dressing on which has some kind of healing thing in it. I'm scared though cos it was as sticky as the tape round the edge and it went straight onto the open wound.
When they change it on monday, I'm gonna cry.
yeah I had that stuff on my feral cat attack, mine was like a sticky wet mesh straight over it, it was't bad at all when they changed it though, it is soaked in medication and didn't seem to stick to anything. I was a bit worried about leaving it for nearly a week without changing it, but it did a good job.
I'm good too, have a work a bit later but they have an exam so it's not a hard lesson
how are you apart from wounded?
I've gotta keep mine on for 5 days. I shall take comfort from your experience and not be a wimp hee hee!
Apart from that I'm good. Your pics are great, thanks for sharing them.
Ergo, can I ask you what you know of shortbread.
When I was at school, the canteen used to serve shortbread which was all warm and fluffy out of the oven.
They served it in fingers and it was scrummy. Unfortunately, my school isn't a school any more so I can't go and ask them for the recipe.
Every recipe I try makes hard shortbread like the biscuits and I hate that.
Do you know how to make light fluffy shortbread?
Please help solve my quest of many years.
I'd say try cooking it on a lower heat and take it out before it is fully cooked
it hardens up as it cools, so even take it out when it is still quite soft
most shortbread recipes are pretty much the same
I have used
60g icing sugar
60g cornflour
125g plain flour
pinch salt
125g butter
you mix the dry ingredients then add the melted butter and knead. Pat it out and score through into the shapes you want
mine says to bake it in a slow oven (160C-180C) for 20- 30 mins until pale gold. It still feels pretty soft when you take it out, then you leave it to cool a bit
Thanks Ergo, I shall try that one out.
I have found that breading the mixture rather than mixing it all together gives the nearest consistancy to what it was like.
yep there are a few technigues to mix it
but I think try a lower temp for a bit less, so as it hardens it doesn't go too far
you can do the same with cakes too if you prefer them more moist, also you can add an extra egg. The heat in the pan keeps it cooking after you take it out, so you take it out just undercooked and it finishes by ityself
Oooooo you are full of handy hints. I knew I should have asked a professional. Thanks Ergo.
I had some gorgeous lemon cake at the weekend. It was called Lemon Indulgence Cake. That was nice and moist. I was all oooing and ahhing as I ate it. Sad I know.
oh sounds lovely!
and nothing wrong with being a little overly emotional about really great food! lol
I really like lemon flavour, cake, sorbet, drinks and in food, but not everyone does. To me it never seems as heavy as say chocolate, though the cake can be really rich.
It's nice for a change
I just love lemon flavoured stuff too. Can't beat it.
have you had preserved lemon? Like in Moroccan cooking.
My parents brought my hubby a bottle of limmoncello liqueur from Italy it is very very nice
ok I just looked , it is Limoncino from Sicily
gorgeous frosted glass bottle too
I haven't but it sounds absolutely gorgeous.
Well, I am gonna head off to bed now. Nighty night Ergo, have a great day at work.
Nighty night blog xxxx
thanks missT :]
sweet dreams
KOL 2,
Wow, you have great seats! I haven't been to the PNC Pavillion before. I'm really looking forward to the show, although they seem to have dropped both California Waiting and Arizona from their setlist, which makes me sad. They kicked ass with Black Thumbnail in Charlotte, though. Of course I'm still hoping for that Trani miracle to happen, but I'm not holding my breath on that one. I guess I'll just have to be happy with this. To quote Bob Dylan: "That's a hell of a song." ^_^
I saw them last November in Atlanta at The Tabernacle. Is that what you were talking about, or did they play at the Masquerade and I didn't know about it? If so, DAMN! I wish they were coming to either Atlanta or Nashville (their hometown, ffs), but what are you going to do? Drive a few hundred miles to see them in my case. It's totally worth it though!
I will drop you an email and we'll come up with a place at the venue to meet. ^_^
off to work see y'all!!
xx
Wow, 20 to 30 mins Ergo? I was told to do it on 350 for 10 to 15. The shortbread gets harder as it cools, but it's fluffy from the get-go.

I have to say I agree w/ Carrie in defense of Mayo's. They are not ALL a bunch of crazies. I think that place... attracts certain types of people to it and SOME of them are pretty psycho but not all.
And I will bet you that so many that people think are a bunch of different anons are only really one or two.
The craziness is when people do things like, post private info (it wasn't just Kapu that happened to but Sdock10 also, by the same people, the OPs)!! people getting Kapu fired by sending harassing emails, and people googling her and the other porchies. (That also happened to Sdock). The google stalking is pretty creepy.
I would bet that it's really just a small group pretending to be anons.
i would have so say that there are some nice people there. They are not all a bunch of rabid fangirls who want to stalk people who don't like MRC.
Just like you don't want to be judged all the same... don't judge Mayo's people all the same either.

OMG you reminded me. I forgot about this because I got the email while my Gran was very ill and this totally slipped my mind.
My google anon (I don't know about the others, but the one who googles me specifically) actually IS a regular there. I got an email from a few someones there who had told me about and also forwarded me this person's emails to them, which included links to LJs that I had commented on!
yes, in that you are correct, I doubt it is a ton of crazies, but one crazy who just has a purple throbbing weeping hate-on for me, and does go so far as to spend time googling my name and sending emails to me including links to sites where she finds my name.
OMG, I had totally forgotten about that.
I have no idea if she's the one pretending to be me on BN (because there is someone using my Hawaiian name on BN and then going to Mayo's and saying "LOOK LOOK, SHE IS THERE, TOO!" when, in fact, I have never had a BN account,) but she is the Google anon.
So, yeah, please don't judge Mayo's by a handful of people like that. I seriously doubt, like 4:29 said, that it's every person there doing that.

Those that stay together ,stink together. Maybe Gerard should write a song about that. LOL!..
Maybe he could incorporate that into The World is Ugly. Something like, "The world is ugly
but we can be stinky together"
Sucks, I know, but it's not any worse than the real lyrics.

And what happened to Bob? Did he get banned from twitter or something? One can hope.

Mikey was never really shy. He was always just so coked out that the rest of the band wouldn't let him talk.
Too bad they couldn't manage to shut Gerard up at PR.

*dusts the frame of mayo's portrait*

Mayo
Well I actually got a chance to go see Wolverine tonight. I loved it. And it had nothing to do with that brief glimpse of Hugh Jackman nudity. (Waits for bolt of lightening to strike me down) Okay to be honest that did add just a bit to the movie, as did Taylor Kitsch, Gambit is just a cool character. Anyway, the scene where Kayla is telling Logan about the moons and the trickster got me thinking about an old Native American legend. It’s one I always remember and so I thought I’d share it with you. It’s got snakes, Mayo. LOL. Here it is…
The Daughter of the Sun - Cherokee
This myth is unusual in that it depicts the Sun as female. She hates humans because they squint at her, whereas they smile at her daughter the Moon. The Sun causes a heatwave that threatens the people, and they seek the help of the Little Men - friendly spirits, who change two humans into snakes who lie in wait for the Sun but fail to kill her. This time the Little Men turn two humans into a water monster and a rattlesnake. The rattlesnake kills the daughter by accident; the water monster becomes a threat and has to be sent away. The Sun finds her daughter dead and stays indoors in her grief. Now it is always dark, so the Little Men send seven men off with a box to fetch back the Moon from the land of the dead. They must strike her with a rod as she dances past, then put her in a box and bring her back. They must not open the box. They capture the Moon, but give way to her pleas, and open it a crack, whereupon she flies out and becomes a bird. Thus humanity loses all hope of immortality. The Sun causes a great flood with her tears, but is finally appeased by music and dance.
I’m not really sure why I always remember that story but there is something about it that always fascinated me. Oh well I guess some stories just stay with you. Of course I can’t remember what I had for dinner last night but I remember that story that was told to me when I was about seven. Weird.
Hope you had that outstanding day I wished upon you last night. Matter of fact I’ll just go ahead and wish another one on you for tomorrow. Take care.
Night Mayo
Elena (go look up at the moon, Mayo. It’s beautiful tonight)
mayo,
tonight when i got home i went out and took a walk before dinner. it was such a gorgeous evening, and i hadn't been able to go down to the river this morning (i was in charge of the shop today), so i changed my clothes, plugged in to my music, and was out the door before my mom could tell me to be careful.
now, when i say i "went for a walk", you shouldn't be imagining some lazy stroll, oh no.
i walk fast. i push myself, i make my body work for its oxygen. i don't do that goofy speed-walking or anything like that, i just go.
and the road i walk on out here is great for that -- it's all up and down, and i don't let myself slow down on the incline one little bit. i listen to the music and let the beat keep my steps fast, and i don't stop, not even for a stitch in my side.
i love it. *grin*
tonight, coming back to the main road, looking out over the rolling fields and woods ahead of me, i was filled with such a strong appreciation for all of it -- for the beauty of the space unfolding before me, for the scent of the green leaves on the air, for the strain in my lungs and the weaknesses of my legs after the workout, for just being alive, actually.
moments like that, moments when you see the world around you perfectly and clearly, when you realize that all the art in the world is just our human response to the real beauty, when all that rises up and spills over, that's a prayer.
even if you don't believe in any gods, that's a prayer.
good night mayo. may you find flowers in unexpected places.
Hi de ho...
looks lie I've missed everyone again...damn this work business!! lol
hey TJ glad you fed the dustkin, amazing how long they can go without feeding, lucky we are all messyish eaters
hey Elena, I want to see Wolverine, glad you liked it , and Hugh Jackman is only a moderate draw.......
<_<
>_>
....ok if it was X-Men Origins "anyone else" I probably wouldn't go so maybe I should just be honest...lucky Deborah Furness!
Hello Mayo, SS, Elena, Ergo, MissT, TJ, lovely little anons from VV's, everyone!!!!
How are you all tonight? Well and good... and not creepy and soul less, I hope!
They do make me laugh!
Please forgive me for posting those 4 (all on ONE day) whole pictures I posted of myself, here, after that very interesting "dream anon" had that "dream" about me and said they "imagined" how I looked. Ooops! My bad! No one here has ever posted pictures of themself before! Ever!
I would like to thank you for making an already extremely enjoyable night even more enjoyable!!! Thanks VV peeps! Ya'll are just so charming with such beautiful souls, I'm sure!!!
;)
*big creepy soulless smile*
(only in blogbelieve!)
Ohhh... and thanks to whoever copied those comments and pasted them here. You gave me my last guffaw of the night!
Anyway, Red Jumpsuit Apparatus was WONDERFUL tonight!!!!! I do have some great videos of them.
I was also very impressed with Framing Hanley. Might I just say: WOW!!!! What great energy they have! A pretty darn good sound too! Yes, I have video of them too!
I missed the first two bands; because I was running late as usual. But, I can say they looked good!
I also have great videos of my friend Austin ~ shredding like a madman at Razzoos (after the RJA show). That man amzzes me more everytime I see him!
Of course, I did "do The Dungeon" after afterwards!!!
*a huge creepy smile ~ this time with a whole lotta soul*
:P
Yep... it was rocking hard and the juices (and the Handgrenades from across the street) were flowing freely! Not for me though. It was a water night for me. Shucks!
Now I have a decision to make. Should I go to Baton Rouge tonight or not? Maybe even make it there on time to see those first two bands. I really do want to go; but, I should probably stay home. But, I REALLY WANT TO GO. Hmmm...
I'll flip a coin. Heads, I go; Tails, I stay home.
:)
Ergo: If you're still here: *smooooooch*
Sweetcheeks: If you're around: *huge hug and sloppy kisses*
Goodnight everyone! Sweet dreams to one and all!!!
Hugs and Love,
~Namaste~

Hi PJ, J and L, Mya, Martha, Amy, Entropy, DW, Mel, BI and anyone else wearing one, two or three scarlet letters!!!
My heart is empty.
Your eyes are dark.
Once we were hungry,
Now we are full.
These ties that bind us,
Can't beat these chains.
If love is shelter,
I'm gonna walk in the rain.
You were my angel.
Now, you are real.
So like a stranger,
Colder than steel.
The morning after,
You know what you bring.
If love is a red dress,
Well, hang me in rags.
Away, there goes the fairy tale.
Lord, ain't it a shame?
In all this comfort,
I can't take the strain.
If we played even,
I'd be your queen.
But someone was cheatin'.
And it wasn't me.
I've laid it on the table,
You had something back.
If love is Aces,
Give me the Jack

The Moon by Robert Louis Stevenson
The moon has a face like the clock in the hall;
She shines on thieves on the garden wall,
On streets and fields and harbour quays,
And birdies asleep in the forks of the trees.
The squalling cat and the squeaking mouse,
The howling dog by the door of the house,
The bat that lies in bed at noon,
All love to be out by the light of the moon.
But all of the things that belong to the day
Cuddle to sleep to be out of her way;
And flowers and children close their eyes
Till up in the morning the sun shall arise.
______________________
Still thinking about the moon, I guess.
good morning all!
I am making fruit buns (hot cross bun dough made into scrolls) first thing in the morning as I set the dough to mix about 5pm and forgot about it until 10:30pm and couldn't be arsed to do it then and stay up to bake it. So I punched it down and cling wrapped over it and put it in the fridge, hoping it'd be ok and so rolled and shaped them all after my coffee.
Now they are proving so I can bake them before I go to work.
Plus I now know you can store dough overnight no problem :]
hope everyone is well
Hi everyone, how are you?
I'm resting my leg tonight. I'm juts popping it to wish everyone a great weekend.
Nighty night xxxxx
"Act of Union
I
To-night, a first movement, a pulse,
As if the rain in bogland gathered head
To slip and flood: a bog-burst,
A gash breaking open the ferny bed.
Your back is a firm line of eastern coast
And arms and legs are thrown
Beyond your gradual hills. I caress
The heaving province where our past has grown.
I am the tall kingdom over your shoulder
That you would neither cajole nor ignore.
Conquest is a lie. I grow older
Conceding your half-independant shore
Within whose borders now my legacy
Culminates inexorably.
II
And I am still imperially
Male, leaving you with pain,
The rending process in the colony,
The battering ram, the boom burst from within.
The act sprouted an obsinate fifth column
Whose stance is growing unilateral.
His heart beneath your heart is a wardrum
Mustering force. His parasitical
And ignmorant little fists already
Beat at your borders and I know they're cocked
At me across the water. No treaty
I foresee will salve completely your tracked
And stretchmarked body, the big pain
That leaves you raw, like opened ground, again"

Seamus Heaney
I foresee will salve completely your tracked

Sweet Jesus Palamina...you was going good till ya hit that part....Uffff!!
I'm gonna have to watch two hours of internet porn to get that picture out my mind. :/

"Blackberry-picking
Late August, given heavy rain and sun
For a full week, the blackberries would ripen.
At first, just one, a glossy purple clot
Among others, red, green, hard as a knot.
You ate that first one and its flesh was sweet
Like thickened wine: summer's blood was in it
Leaving stains upon the tongue and lust for
Picking. Then red ones inked up and that hunger
Sent us out with milk cans, pea tins, jam-pots
Where briars scratched and wet grass bleached our boots.
Round hayfields, cornfields and potato-drills
We trekked and picked until the cans were full
Until the tinkling bottom had been covered
With green ones, and on top big dark blobs burned
Like a plate of eyes. Our hands were peppered
With thorn pricks, our palms sticky as Bluebeard's.
We hoarded the fresh berries in the byre.
But when the bath was filled we found a fur,
A rat-grey fungus, glutting on our cache.
The juice was stinking too. Once off the bush
The fruit fermented, the sweet flesh would turn sour.
I always felt like crying. It wasn't fair
That all the lovely canfuls smelt of rot.
Each year I hoped they'd keep, knew they would not."

Seamus Heaney
HI anons
very interesting poetry his images are very vivid, but as you said in quite a cringe provoking way.
The blackberry one is like I always do with mulberries and tomatoes
"Only the very stupid or the very deprived can any longer help knowing that the documents of civilization have been written in blood and tears, blood and tears no less real for being very remote... the inclination is not only not to credit human nature with much constructive potential but not to credit anything too positive in the work of art."
Seamus Heaney
from his Nobel lecture
Hi ep.
To the person or persons here who have been spamming my inbox with Kol hate, I would just like to congratulate you on your amazing intolerance and immaturity.
Also, be warned that I will not stop posting here about my favorite band. No, I am not a "regular", but it has been said by many of the regulars here that this blog is for everyone. The Kol anon posts do not disrupt anything nor do they cause "trouble and dissent" as you put it. Also I was unaware that this is an "MCR site". I just thought it was Mayo's. Besides, Kol is huge all over the world. It doesn't
matter a damn whether you like them or not.
Also, know that I have marked your email addresses as
spam and they will no longer appear in my inbox. I will do
the same with any other addresses you might use.
I don't understand what your problem is anyhow. Kol anon
and I only post links. You don't have to click if you don't want.
So, for Kol anon and everyone else here who isn't a jerk,
here is
the interview I promised.
It's amazing, so suck it haters.
What do you think the deeper meaning of the poem is ep? Is it about lust and the inability to resist temptation? Is it about death and destruction? I always enjoy your analysis of mayo's posts.
Hi kol.
KOL Haters?
Suck It?
OK..Was that written by Seamus Heaney Also ?
I Love "Sex On Fire" Dammit!!
Who would do such a thing?
Seamus, is that you?
Hi KOL2
that is such a shame
hope you are well regardless, how long until your concert?
One of my favorites, Anon.
Thank you!
Punishment
I can feel the tug
of the halter at the nape
of her neck, the wind
on her naked front.
It blows her nipples
to amber beads,
it shakes the frail rigging
of her ribs.
I can see her drowned
body in the bog,
the weighing stone,
the floating rods and boughs.
Under which at first
she was a barked sapling
that is dug up
oak-bone, brain-firkin:
her shaved head
like a stubble of black corn,
her blindfold a soiled bandage,
her noose a ring
to store
the memories of love.
Little adultress,
before they punished you
you were flaxen-haired,
undernourished, and your
tar-black face was beautiful.
My poor scapegoat,
I almost love you
but would have cast, I know,
the stones of silence.
I am the artful voyeur
of your brain's exposed
and darkened combs,
your muscles' webbing
and all your numbered bones:
I who have stood dumb
when your betraying sisters,
cauled in tar,
wept by the railings,
who would connive
in civilized outrage
yet understand the exact
and tribal, intimate revenge.
Seamus Heaney
the blackberry poem anon?
I think it would be about how when confronted with an abundance we tend to try to grab as much of it as we can, the lust we feel for it owerwhelming the knowledge we have that it cannot be stockpiled, leading us to the disappointment when we see that our effort was in vain, again.
So I think it is about both
Perhaps a warning to be more moderate, and to try to enjoy what is available at the time, wander about savouring the berries as they ripen, rather than hoarding to hang on to it for later, as in doing that you end up losing it altogether.
thank you anon! that's another one of my favorites. :)
I think it is about hope and the inevitable disappointment.
wow 7:05 a powerful poem!
I have to go bake and get ready for work
I'll call back later
take care!!
s h anon
i have not thought of s h is such a long time. you made me recall Punishment so thank you.
Have a great evening.
Excellent analysis ep.
I like yours too anon. Hope and disappointment.
Would we be disappointed if we did as ep suggested?
If we weren't so greedy and selfish?
If we practiced patience?
Thank you other s h anon. You have a great evening as well.
Is there anyone home?
You should have known better than to post your email here Kol anon. The people here are vicious.
O_O
I think I'm lost here.
Great Caleb & Mathew interview. Thanks for posting the link kol 2.
I like the info summary too.
How did a bunch of home-schooled boys from Tennessee go on to sell out stadiums around the world? Well, Caleb, Nathan and Jared Followill are brothers and along with their first cousin Matthew they are 'Kings Of Leon.' The brothers grew up driving across the south with their dad - a Pentecostal preacher. They didn't really have a home, they lived on the road, going from one church service to the next, sleeping in hotels, churches, even their car. They didn't listen to rock music, or watch TV. But just over ten years ago, everything changed. Their dad left the church and divorced his wife. So, the boys started to get into music, formed a band and by 2002, 'Kings of Leon' had interest from nine labels. After a bidding war, the guys released their debut EP in 2003. Five years of touring and four records latern'Kings of Leon' sells out arenas now, in under an hour. They're huge in Europe, Australia and New Zealand. And are starting to hit it big in the U-S. They've opened for U2, Bob Dylan and Pearl Jam. 'Rolling Stone' magazine recently asked "How good can these guys get?"nTheir new album is called 'Only By The Night.' It debuted in the top 5 in Canada, with the hit single 'Sex on Fire.' "
Hi & bye amy.
Hi'n'Bye Anon!
Thanks ep and anons, especially 8:53. Sorry if I was harsh earlier. I just came home today to 2 dozen hateful emails.
The show is next Tuesday, my first, Kol anon's fifth!
Kol is an incredible band. They have four records, all different, all wonderful. People who don't give them a chance don't know what they are missing.
Not to worry, tho. Nothing is going to ruin this show for me. I have great seats and right now I am as happy as a clam. :)
oh, i'm a little envious, kol 2! i was thinking about doing rock on the range up in ohio next weekend, but it didn't work out. i miss going to shows!
so i consoled myself by finally getting the cd from the band i was really hoping to see: billy talent's "II".
there are songs on this i haven't heard for literally a year.
so have fun! enjoy your band! :)
Nothing like an awesome show to take the edge off of a bad day.
Goodnight everyone!
Hi KoL 2, we haven't spoken before, but I've seen you and KoL around quite a bit. I'm sorry to hear you've been getting hate mail about your band. They're not my cup of tea, sorry!, but I don't have anything against them, or the two of you. Hope you can solve your mystery about who sent those emails.
Hey TJ! How you doing? *hugs*
Goodnight Amy! Sleep well.
good night amyranth!
hello j.! *hug!*
i'm doing good, had a successful day, got new music, bought myself a green tea frappuccino...
no complaints! :)
how are you?
I'm alright, haven't done too much today. Tomorrow is Adventures in Litter-Box Cleaning and Wash All the Clothes I Own. :D FUN!
Still have to pill the Dumplin tonight, not looking forward to that. He's taken to hiding under my bed for most of the day so I can't "catch" him for the pills. Argh.
oh goodie! laundry day! back in my apartment in seattle, i had to walk across the complex to get to the laundry room, and it seems like i always wore the same outfit: those items that never got worn otherwise.
i must have loked like a baglady! lol
Goodnight Amy. Hey J, TJ, how are you guys?
Still around, BC, how are YOU? *hugs* Ready for your trip?
TJ, luckily I have my own washer and dryer, so I don't have to drag my "dirty laundry" all over the place...probably still look like a baglady, though! heeheehee
Well, I'm gonna go, see if I can catch the cat. Goodnight TJ and BC, and Ergo when you get back, and all the other Lovelies, and Mayo! Hope you all have a good rest.
xo
Dear SS,
My skies are cloudy tonight; I can't see the stars. But I remember how brightly they shine, and their brilliance, in my mind's eye, is breathtaking.
Hope your skies are clear.
Goodnight Precious, I love you.
My heart to yours, always.
*regains internet connection*
*sees j. has left*
fooey.
*kicks computer*
good luck with the kitty medicine, j.! see you later. :)
hey there, bc!
Goodnight J, sorry I missed you. Good luck with the kitty. As for trip preparing, let me put it this way, I've been scoping to see which attractions and clubs I want to check out. Last time I stayed in Vegas, I didn't have time to visit everything because there's so much to do.
Hey tj, how is work coming along?
work is good, bc -- a little itty bit boring, because we're taking inventory, but otherwise alright.
when do you leave on your trip?
That's good, except for the boring part.
I won't be leaving until next month but depends if something doesn't come up. I'm not sure how long I'm staying yet. I can't wait though. I'm looking forward to being active over there.
that is going to be fun, bc!
i'd better be getting to bed, it's even harder not to fall asleep counting fabric when i'm not fully rested!
good night bc, good night blogbelieve.
sweet dreams. :)
Yep, I can't wait ^_^
Goodnight tj, sweet dreams
mayo,
elena's been talking about the moon, and i agree, it is a beautiful sight. tonight she was my companion on my walk, the moon rising like pale thick cream on one side, and the sun slipping away on the other, from bright glory to layered tints.
i love being out when day shades into night.
and when i was finished with my walk, i just couldn't go back inside, not right away.
i sat down out front, listened to my music, and watched the colors change and the moon climb and the stars begin to glitter. i sat there for the longest time, and it was so wonderful, to just participate in the rise of evening, to be a part of welcoming the night.
it was so satisfying.
when i was ready to go back inside, i stood and raised my arms to the moon, then threw her a kiss.
it had been lovely sitting with her for awhile. *grin*
good night, mayo.
Mayo
Tonight was so typical Kansas Springtime. First off I have to admit I’m really addicted to “Survivor” and so I was very happy to have made it home to watch the show. Yeah, I TiVo it but that’s just not the same. Don’t ask why cause I have no answer. Anyway it was the last few minutes of the show. Who would be voted off? Jeff had gone to tally the votes and had just returned. He opened the jar took out the first piece of paper when suddenly……Yep, a weather alert. There was a tornado on the ground. Now of course it is important that they break into regular scheduled TV to broadcast the news. And the tornado was several counties away but the timing was just so funny. I just shook my head at the screen. Luckily I found a site which posts who got booted off on reality shows moments after it happens so I know who “the tribe has spoken” was. And hopefully the tornado didn’t do any major damage. But you know that sorta summed up the day. Just when you think things are going along as they should life throws a “SURPRISE” at you. I just wish some of the surprises getting tossed around lately were good ones but not so much.
So here’s to hoping your day had some good surprises. If not, well there is always tomorrow. Take care.
Night Mayo
Elena
hello!!
damn have I missed everyone again :[
Goodnight elena. Hi there ergo
KOL 2
I just caught up with all the comments and I just wanted to say I am sorry about your email experience.
I really don't understand how some can get so territorial over a blog. I tend to agree with your observation; that although there are many MCR fans here, it is not an MCR site. Besides, l like your posts.
Have great time when you see them.
hi BC how are you?
*comes in singing*
~Working double time on the seduction line
HE was one of a kind

All that from a cheap guitar and a 2 inch amp!
Now, on to the usual:
Hello Mayo, SS, Elena, TJ, Sweetcheeks, Amy, J, KOL 2, various anons, everyone!!!
How are you all tonight? Happy and well, I hope!
I haven't caught up, properly, yet.
KOL 2: I did see something about e~mails from people who do not share our LOVE for Kings Of Leon.
:(
Well, they just don't know what they're missing, do they?
;)
Thank you, so much, for the interview link!!!! I never saw that before! It was great!!!!
Sweetcheeks: I'm excited about your going to Vegas. I hope nothing else comes up before then. How's Bugsy and Chocolate?
For anyone interested in RJA and/or Framing Hanley (and if you're not, you should be): Those videos should finish uploading in about 7 to 8 hours. All but two RJA videos. YouTube will only allow 10 videos to be uploaded/queued at one time.
I'll get to those last two sometime today!
I think that is all, for now. Goodnight, everyone! Sweet dreams to one and all!
Hugs and Love,
~Namaste~

Goodnight, again, Ergo and Sweetcheeks. I'll talk to ya'll later today/tonight.

"MUSE" !!!!!!!!
;]
you on vacation now? are you still going away?
I am good finished for the week so that's excellent!
Bugsy is becoming a fat ass sugarplum, but I'm not surprised, lol. Sweet dreams.

glad Bugsy is going well BC, does he get along with the other pets?
yeah school gives you something to do, but I have one week left teaching and BOY am I looking forward to some time to myself again
That's good ergo. Bugsy somewhat gets along with my rabbit, but I think he's jealous because he's the baby pet in the family.
I'm getting tired, so I think I'm gonna call it a night. Goodnight ergo, anyone else about.
goodnight BC sweet dreams
Just a quickie!
KOL2,
I bet 'delete' never felt so good.
I hope you have a fabulous time seeing KOL live. You won't be disappointed. And good luck meeting up with KOl anon!
KOL2 email abusing anons,
What makes you think it is right to email an INNOCENT PARTY, with your sarcasm and vitriol, re Mayo's being an MCR loving blog?
Did you even stop to consider what the age of the person, at the receiving end of your email, might be?
No one is perfect, but your behaviour was just petty, and so 2000 and late.
Think before you press send.
Goodnight all.
I loved that interview, KOL 2. It's so great to see how much more confident (and not coked up) Caleb is these days. It's also great to hear Matthew talk. I loved his story about knocking Dylan's hat off and Caleb's impression of Dylan was hilarious.
They've all changed so much since they first came out. Caleb used to seem so uncomfortable in interviews, like he was afraid to talk for fear that someone might make fun of his accent. Later on, during the Aha Shake period when he was always high, he seemed like an overcompensating jackass a lot of the time. I think he's finally gotten past all that. Good for him.
Thanks, Wendy, for the KOL love. :D
And it's okay if KOL aren't your cup of tea, OPJ. You just haven't been converted yet! Kidding, of course. Not everyone has the same tastes, but as long as we respect each others' differences, everything is cool. ^_^
Oh, and Ergo, I'm seeing Muse (and U2) in Atlanta October 6th! Muse is a great band. I saw them when they opened for MCR in 07. What I want to know is, when are they going to do a headlining show in the U.S.? They are way too good to be opening for anybody.
Take care, everyone, and have a great day.
KOL anon you are seeing MUSE!!!!! I am totally jealous!! Scream a bit for me ok?
I saw them headline in Oz in 2007 and absolutely was blown away! (I saw MCR a week later too) I cannot wait until they return . I can't see why they can't headline in the US. Though the concert I saw in Brisbane was at a smaller outdoor venue, which after seeing HAARP I was so thankful for as I was closer to the stage and had a fantastic view.
Oh boy, I really hope they announce dates here soon.
and U2 well, what can you say! They would be a fantastic experience too.
I will be there with you in envious spirit LOL
Hi PP good to see you and hope you're well!
Mayo well tonight I am feeling a smidge jealous,(see above, LOL) But isn't it so great when you can feel someone's enthusiasm for something. So many people become insular and jaded they fail to see how much there is you can enjoy, be it the arts, craft, sport, outdoor or indoor pursuits..you just have to find something that lights that spark. Hope you have found and enjoy yours
much love EP xx
SS
Have you something that you just enjoy? That makes you feel that your life is worth living? That makes you feel so good that the memory can carry through the less pleasant times? I hope you do.
lotsa love EP xx
goodnight blogbelieve see you in my morning
♥xx♥
Hey KoL! Good to see you around.
As for this being an MCR site, well, it's not, really. The original bunch of us who started out here DID mostly love the band or had at some point in time. But this has never been the sole focus of this blog. Like you said, we all have different tastes, but we don't get hinky about it. Like Wendy said, I'm just glad we all have the love of music to share as common ground.
I tried to like KoL when I first heard them. I really did. But, it just didn't do it for me. I'm glad you enjoy them so much, and KoL2 and Wendy too. And whoever else does.
Hell, not everybody likes the Misfits, or the Sex Pistols, or the Ramones, like Lisa and I do. That's ok! It's not for everybody, either.
Now I'M jealous cause you're going to see U2! Argh. Ah well. Have a great time!
Hey everybody! I'll probably see y'all later. Take care!
"Like you said, we all have different tastes, but we don't get hinky about it."
LMFAO!!!
Yeh sure you don't get "hinky" about MCR at all. You are not the biggest fangirls in the world who freak out when someone tries to take "Frankie" away from you or insults them.
Please.....
Go back to VV's please, stop trying to start shit here.
I'd rather be a fangirl than a hater.
So sue me.
No, they don't get hinky.
They get INSANE.
Only difference is .... they're not 13. They are over 40.
LOL "I'd rather be a fangirl than a hater" is the usual insane fangirl logic. Every one who isn't as much of a fangirl as them, is a "hater".
MAYOhhhhhh. Mayooohhooooohhhoo.
Who the hell is gonna watch Star Trek this week? Not me! I kind of wouldn't mind going to see Gambit again. And I'm kinda pissed that Deadpool is getting his own movie first. WHY? Why Deadpool? I mean, Ryan Reynolds is okay and the character is pretty cool but nowhere near as interesting as a card throwing thief with kinetic energy! Seriously? Meh, they didn't ask me though, did they? ^_~
And about all these damn snakes, my father has seen at least three in the past week and one was killed in my grandmother's front yard this morning. And my coworker's boyfriend works at the garden center in the local Wal-Mart and they had a rattlesnake out there today!
WTF?
Have you brought the wrath of the rattlesnake down on me for all the times I've popped you in the back of the head? Ummm, you know I secretly think you are the bomb Mayo and you are my bestest friend, right? Hee.
So, yeah. I kinda feel bad about the snakes because I know they are just doing their thing and we just get in their way most of the time but when you have a children that like to be outdoors like my son and his cousin, you have to be careful. Plus, I'm so effin' spacey that I would walk all over one before seeing it.
Okay, who would actually email someone to tell them not to talk about KOL here? Really? This is getting even more ridiculous by the day. And I actually miss the days of being able to poke fun at Gerard here. I'll be the first to admit that I was pretty damn mean when it came to him in the beginning but he was such an easy target. And Mayo usually got the worst of it back then!
Sorry, Mayo. O_O
I'm rambling, aren't I?
Huh.
Maybe I should stop now.
It's just that, ya know, it would be all peachy and stuff if people could respect others and things could be somewhat normal around here.
Too much to ask, I know.
Later Mayo! Hope you have a lovely weekend!
I'm sorry if you are jealous of the love between the OPs and SS and Mayo. It has nothing to do with MCR. Please take your jealousy and hatred somewhere else. They have something special between them. YOU don't. Please leave.
If you want to "pick on Gerard".... go to VV's.
But why should I have to, ya know? I do read over there and I think there are some funny people there. I guess I'm just missing the old days and what it used to be like here.
And gosh, ya know, right now I think Mikey is the one that needs to picked on! Dude needs to step away from Twitter for at least 72 hours! Damn! >.<
Oh well, life goes on.
Have a great afternoon everyone.
See ya around!
Why pick on anybody?
This place is just so fucked up!
2.10:
I didn't mean you hate THEM. I meant you hate US.
Hey Smoke, hope you're having a good day.
I don't hate anybody. But I do think you're pathetic. But I don't feel sorry for you. Everyone has a chance to have a real life instead of staying in a fantasy world of having sex with rock stars, and getting crazy on a bulletin board. You made life choices and you chose to be nasty, mean crazy people with no lives.
I think what is going on here is a lot of jealousy. I think you people see what the TRUE Lovelies have over here.... an honest connection with loved ones such as SS and Mayo.... and you HATE them because of it. And you know that SS and Mayo feel the same way about them.
I'm sorry if you resent the people on this blog. It took about two years but the people who TRULY are good friends and who are close to each other, are the ones who are here now.
MAYBE now some of the people who aer missed can come back.
But the ones who really care about this blog.... are the ones who stayed.
OPs. Amyranth. Wendy. Toujours. Elena. Ergoproxy.
The true Lovelies.
And BC. Sorry.
"OPs. Amyranth. Wendy. Toujours. Elena. Ergoproxy.
The true Lovelies."
Not counting Ergo and TJ, but I think you meant the true crazies.
Thank you ep, Wendy, toujours, OPJ, PP, Smoke and nice anons. I'm pretty sure the emails all came from the same person. The wording was very similar even though there were 2 different addresses. It made me mad at first, but now I just think it's kind of sad.
I wish the people here who keep telling others how pathetic they are or that they have no lives would go take a good long look in the mirror. If you are happy with who you are then you can live and let live. If not, and you need to trash others all the time, there must be something missing. I sincerely hope you find what it is.
Life can be so beautiful if only you let it.
You obviously weren't here when the OPs and Wendy and Amyranth were doing all of the trashing. You think VV's people are bad. I never saw any of them (that I know of) stalk people the way they do, personal information privacy raked over the coals, revealing real names and towns, and telling people that there were "guidelines" to how much poetry and songs they could post on this blog. Don't think you know everything. That was those "lovelies".
THis shit is like a soap opera and I admit I REALLY want to know who was googling Kapunua. She said it was a regular "blue". I think I know who it was but... can't be sure and don't want to accuse anyone.
God Damn Fuggin stalkers!!
Is there no end to their stalkery ways!
;)
I didn't want to say anything because I didn't want to scare anyone.
<_< >_>
Wendy is "The Zodiac"
SHHHHH SHHHHH
Don't say nothing.
I'm slowly secretly gathering proof.
What's this now? What did I miss now? Kapu found out the creepy google anon?
I don't want to know. Kapu shows class by not trying to embarrass the people who embarrass themselves. I wouldn't want her to break her stride. I hope she keeps it to herself.
For her own safety as well. I feel that if she named her stalker, her stalker would get even angrier at her and do something more drastic.
I didn't used to like Kapu much. But then when Mya got her fired and she didn't sit there and cry about it. She laughed about it was happy, and went back to school.
When Mya admitted it and said she was sorry, Kapu forgave her.
I started to like her.
I wish people would back off with the stalkeriness of her and I feel that if she named her stalker it would get worse for her.
And it would look worse for her too.
I hope she doesn't say the name and I also hope the google stalker leaves her alone.
Why would the google stalker TELL anyone that they were the google stalker. And why would they send proof? It doesn't make sense! They would never trust anyone who was friends with her and who would tell her that it was them!
OK... that is just not fair though. If someone told someone else that they were the google stalker and that someone else told Kapu, then that person's trust got betrayed.
Uhhm well, maybe if the google stalker wasn't a google stalker in the first place they wouldn't have to worry about getting caught.
Come on listen to what you're saying, you feel sorry for the google stalker because they got caught? Come on!
Maybe if she didn't use her real name people wouldn't google stalk her in the first place.

THAT is just too funny. Sounds like MJ logic to me!
