I arrived suddenly, and knew for certain that I was in the best place. It was warm and calm and I stood quietly in the moment, waiting for my turn. But, I quickly realized I was alone. Figuring my wait would be short; I let out a breath releasing the smoke from my lungs and viewed my new environment. All around me the black tar covered ground seemed endless, as if I stood in the parking lot for the world’s demise. Its emptiness ran undisturbed to the limits of my sight, and I thought, “When does it all get here?” Then, as I dropped my spent cigarette to the ground, intending to snub it out with the toe of my boot, something caught my eye.
At the hem of my faded, old black shirt was a white thread and without reflection I pulled it. As I pulled, it continued to reveal itself. So I continued to pull, believing that my shirt would soon unravel. But instead, my shirt remained intact while the string started to wind around itself, twining, until it became as thick as a hangman’s rope. With both my hands I began to work against gravity to slow it down, but it quickly stole my grip allowing the rope to spill out, coiling at my feet. When it stopped its fall, the weight of it almost pulled me over and I realized it must be connected to me. I pulled up my shirt and discovered it cleanly attached to the center of my chest.
Then I noticed smoke coming up from the center of the pile and realized the rope had coiled itself around my still lit cigarette. I frantically began to kick at the rope, fearing that it would fuse its way to my heart, igniting it. My success gave way to alarm as I heard from behind me the approaching sound of children’s laughter. When I turned, they were upon me. Several of them grabbed the rope and ran past me. As I watched the rope begin to take off I grabbed for it, but it slipped in my hand. When it disconnected from my chest I fell to the ground and grabbed for its end, but it trailed off behind them, leaving an inky trace.
I remained on my knees. A dull pain echoed in my chest as I watched the children huddle together holding hands to ears, whispering. Several of them looked over at me, but quickly returned to their attention to the group. I felt like an idiot. Oddly, they seemed unfazed by my presence and began to jump rope, their laughter in time with its swooshing rhythm. So, I asked them “Don’t you know you’re playing with the end of me?” My reply came in the most unexpected way, as the smallest of all the children approached me with the seeping end of the rope, smiled and said, “It’s your turn.”
p.s. I’m always fucking late.

Clean the bathroom floor with a cotton swab.
if an issue is between other people I don't see why it has to be brought here, people always say to keep it off mayos , they do, then you C&P it anyway
Let me get this straight. J came on today and said something to Kapunua. Kapunua went to J's blog and asked her to stop talking to her. J took her stat tracker and hooked Kapunua's IP number and place of residence. Then she posted it first on Kapu's blog. Kapu deleted it. Then she posted it on her own blog.
Wow.
An opinion is one thing; being exclusionary is another.
The people who don't want the poetry and movie quotes are trying to regulate the behavior of others. They are trying to censor this blog. That includes you, Amy.
I do not believe in censorship. Maybe you do and you have a right to that opinion. But you do not have the right to force your desire for censorship onto the people who post here.
November 2, 2008 9:44 PM
QFT.
Mayo has made it clear on past occasions that he is against censorship as well. Sorry, Amy. Of all the people here, you are probably the last one he was "hearing."
Ergo, if someone had done that to J, would you be so blase about it or would you be going over to apologize to J about the shitty treatment she gets?

Nobody said anything about you Amy. Only the OPs.
Was that a Freudian slip?
Ep are you still here?
this stat counter shit is fucking creepy.
10:27, nope. You should see my bathroom floor though.
this stat counter shit is fucking creepy
Only when you use it against fellow bloggers.
But then the OPs have already proven they're not above doing just about anything.

people are crossing the line between blogbelieve and real life and that's fucking scary.

I'm here
It looks like the ghetto.

I think opj has finally gone off the deep end. She is so eaten with hatred it has finally made her show her true face. Ugh! Just not a decent human being at all. I agree with the anon who thinks she got Kapu fired and now that Kapu is doing so well (congratulations K) she just can't bear it.Karma OPJ, it's gonna get you, if it already hasn't. Maybe more meds?
Ep I am going to DW's no point in being here anymore.
you don't have anything to worry about, unless you are being mean and saying ugly things under an anon name.
10:35, J's blog isn't the only one that's been hit with Anons that aren't anonymous.
And she's not the only one with Statcounter.

Mayo doesn't care what Anons think, remember?
Orly?
Apparently he doesn't care what you think either, Amy. I haven't seen him condoning your fix. I have, however, seen him posting the poetry of those people you targeted on the front page of his blog.
November 2, 2008 10:03 PM
I don't know how Mayo manages to hear himself think. What with all you people living inside his head
knowing his every thought. Who he likes. Who he doesn't like. Who he hears. Who he reads. Whose words are more important to him. Whose feelings are more important to him.
First 10:03. Then 10:24.
Damn. You other anons are so much better than me. I thought he said he cared about everbody. I thought he said he heard everybody. I guess he was wrong about his own feelings.
Because it really is about whose words get hung on the wall, right? That proves so much.
And she's not the only one with Statcounter.
Is she not the only one posting the private info of others on her blog?
More threats from Amy! Who else are you guys going to bust? And it looks like Kapu said what she had to say to J signed in and that's how J got her town.
do we see now?
OPJ crossed the line by putting where Kapunua lives on her blog. she knew it would get posted over here. that's taking a stupid blog feud too far.

I think that's a shame. I don't blame her. I didn't want to believe that the blues were some of the anons. I guess i was wrong .
Especially as Kapu was asking her to stop.
It looks like there were only TWO hits from Riverhead to J's blog according to J herself. And Kapu was signed in. Hello.
Riverhead has a CAULIFLOWER association people. I'm suprised they even GET internet out there.

A Shirley man was arrested on Oct. 26 for the stabbing death of a Riverhead woman on Oct. 24, Suffolk Police say.
Riverhead Town Police first responded after receiving a report that a woman was found injured at an apartment complex on East Main Street. When the officers arrived at the scene, they found that Beatrice Shaw, 55, had been stabbed to death. The victim’s relatives discovered her when they came to check on her.
The next day, Homicide Squad detectives charged Antonio F. Ropiza, 30, with second-degree murder.
A friend of yours Kap?
10:41, except that none of us would know where she lived, except that she posted it here. Herself.
Do you not remember that?
Yes. It's also how that hometown and isp address was matched to mean, rude and cruel anonymous comments on other blogs.
POST PLEASE! Her town is already out there! Please post her comments!
Miles Away
There's hopeless smiles brighter than mine
And I need for you to come and go
Without the truth falling out.
Old incisions refusing to stay
Like sun through the trees on a cloudy day
You brighten my life like a polystyrene hat
But it melts in the sun like a life without love
And I've waited for you so I'll keep holding on
Without You

Socially scared and impaired
If the trees will bloom the wind can blow
Without the fruit falling out
Old incisions refusing to stay
Like sun through the trees on a cloudy day
You brighten my life like a polystyrene hat
But it melts in the sun like a life without love
And I've waited for you so I'll keep holding on
Without You(2X)
Feels like the wind blows
Holding you with us
She takes no other
False light and ashes
Blooming like winter
You brighten my life like a polystyrene hat
But it melts in the sun like a life without love
And I've waited for you so I'll keep holding on

So you are saying it was kapunua ?

OPJ crossed the line by putting where Kapunua lives on her blog. she knew it would get posted over here. that's taking a stupid blog feud too far.
Pardon me. Hasn't Ka pu posted her own personal information all over the internet. If she doesn't care about protecting her own privacy why should OP J. It's not like OP J is posting information that Ka pu hasn't posted herself.
"So you are saying it was kapunua ?"
Show us please??? I mean her home town and nformation is already out there! So what harm could it do? I want to see her quotes and matching times and ISP!
by the way it only tells you where the signal is from, which may not be where you actually are
Amy,
i know Kapunua has said many times that she's from Long Island. the difference is now people know what part of LI she is from and that is wrong.
Staten Island has a population of about half a million people.
Don't think that narrows things down too much.
10:51, I hate to point it out, but she did post the info of her Kung Fu classes here, which say what town it's in.
Show us please??? I mean her home town and nformation is already out there! So what harm could it do? I want to see her quotes and matching times and ISP!
This shit is not right.Posting stuff like that isn't cool. That is taking things to far. Just because someone doesn't like you...that is no reason to put that stuff out there.
Don't get me wrong, if she hadn't already posted that info herself, I'd agree with you Anon, but she had. A few times. The anons never did, she posted it herself.
No, Amy, you don't hate to point it out. You're loving this. You're as sick as J.
Well, this is all real sweet, guys! Thanks!
No, anon who makes my name into two words: I have always carefully guarded where exactly I was; I gave out false information about it when you people started to really bother me about where I lived. It worked, for a while.
And also, no: my "Crackberry" does not show up as Staten Island. It also shows up as Riverhead. That's where I bought it, that's where my server is. Staten Island is over a hundred miles away from where I live; I'm pretty sure that's in the realm of "no bars."
I apologize to the person who is from Staten Island; I did delete all the info about you that was posted on my blog. I'm very sorry. None of this has anything to do with you.
I have signed in every time to say what I have to say unless I was playing a game, posting quotes or the poetry of someone else.
And in fact, it actually is a pretty nice town if you know where to look. Some parts of it are ghetto but other parts are very beautiful.
So now that we all know where I live, my OS, what browser I use and all of that, would you all like to come to my house for a party and use my computer? ^_^ It'll be fun, I promise. We can watch X Files DVDs all night and eat tons of ice cream.
And at the end of the night, we hold a raffle, and the winner gets my social security number!
^_^
10:51, I hate to point it out, but she did post the info of her Kung Fu classes here, which say what town it's in.
November 2, 2008 10:53 PM
You would be the one to point that out.
10:54, whatever you say.
Yeah, well like I said: when the freaks started to search out my info and stuff, I put some misleading things up here, which worked for a while.
And by the way? If I had put my info up here, it would have been my decision to do so, and how much information I put.
This whole "asking for it" thing is really gross.
Why are you jumping into this, Amyranth? What's it got to do with you?
I have signed in every time to say what I have to say unless I was playing a game, posting quotes or the poetry of someone else.

But not at my blog, biatch.

Oh, but don't you see, Kapunua? Rules don't apply to Amy. She's special.

So you can go ahead and make all the accusations you like. You can keep on picking on me and on my friends. You can keep on complaining and calling me all the names you wish to call me as well.
I told you this once in email Amyranth, before you decided to make attacks on me in public: Your opinion on me does not matter. Your accusations against me do not matter. You do not matter.

You don't know the truth and I love your life
Thrust the candle to the dark of your disease
burn the fish plate execute ill memories
labyrinth of sympathy in which I'm lost and can't leave
And too much truth overshadows the lime lies
Cause what lies beneath the clouds is an altered perception
And I'll pay for sanity but sanity don't come cheap

You don't know the truth and I love your life
And you don't know the truth I love your life

And frozen eyes are bound to melt

You don't know the truth
You don't know the truth

And you don't know the truth
And you don't know the truth
And you don't know the truth
Seriously, you people who post personal information like this for the sake of a petty fight, you're fucked up.
And seriously, Chicago is one of the most violent cities, but I'm sure a helluva lot of people love living there.
The real Riverhead
RESIDENTS of Riverhead, the poorest town in Suffolk County, are forever trying to overcome negative perceptions of the place they live. The Town of Riverhead has spent considerable money and energy trying to reinvigorate the unincorporated hamlet of Riverhead, which straddles the Peconic River, as a commercial center and tourist destination.
The effort has been a modest success, with the Tanger Outlet Mall and the Atlantis Marine World aquarium as its principal achievements. But Riverhead's most poverty-stricken, crime-ridden area -- the neighborhood called Riverside -- is entirely beyond the control of the Town of Riverhead. It is in the Town of Southampton, on the south side of the Peconic.
To distinguish its territory from Southampton's, Riverhead has installed new street signs along the border announcing when one enters or leaves Riverhead. It has tried to open discussions on splitting the Riverhead school district, which includes both sides of the river. Similarly, it wants the United States Postal Service to split its 11901 ZIP code. It has asked news outlets to stop describing the courthouse and jail, which are on the south side of the river, as being in Riverhead.
A Riverhead town councilman, Edward Densieski, even wants to block the sidewalks on the bridges over the Peconic. The Traveler Watchman, a local weekly, reported that he told a town board meeting that ''I'm not trying to fence out Southampton, but I would like to fence out the prostitutes, drug dealers, drug users and other vagrants.''
The Southampton town supervisor, Patrick Heaney, told the paper the proposal ''sounds like shades of East Germany.''
Joey MacLellan, a Riverhead town spokesman, did not endorse Mr. Densieski's proposal. But he said Riverhead wants to make it clear that Riverside and Flanders, a slightly less blighted community east of Riverside, are Southampton's problem.
''The town has been working hard to revitalize its downtown, but for 27 years Southampton ignored those neighborhoods completely,'' Mr. MacLellan said. ''So the board felt it had to do something.''
Community activists in Riverside and Flanders contend that Riverhead's campaign shows too little appreciation for the south-of-the-river neighborhoods, whose residents spend their shopping dollars in downtown Riverhead and the outlet mall.
''It's cutting off Riverhead's nose to spite its face,'' said David Brewer, a Flanders resident and a founder of the Flanders-Riverside-Northampton Community Association.
But neighborhood residents, long accustomed to official neglect, are reacting with a mixture of gratitude and skepticism to indications that Southampton Town will no longer ignore an area that is in every way the opposite of the Hamptons stereotype.
Mr. Heaney, nearing the end of his first year as Southampton town supervisor, has been following through on a campaign promise to more closely focus town resources on the riverfront neighborhoods. Police patrols and building inspections have increased, and the town plans new streetlights and sidewalks, improvements to public parks, a long-term planning study and town acquisition of a crumbling, vacant building on the traffic circle that is the southern gateway to downtown Riverhead.
Riverside surrounds the traffic circle. Full of abandoned houses, littered lots and boarded-up storefronts, it is known as a place to drive through quickly on the way to somewhere else. Flanders has fewer vacant buildings and a few more middle-class homes. But both communities have suffered for decades from poverty, crime and and the absence of commercial development, sidewalks, playgrounds and other amenities that help give a neighborhood a sense of community.
''This area cries out for revitalization, and we are trying to be responsive,'' Mr. Heaney said.
Some community activists are encouraged. ''I am cautiously optimistic,'' Mr. Brewer said. ''It's been a long time since any attention has been paid to us.''
The Rev. Roy L. Pennon, pastor of the Galilee Church of God in Christ in Riverside, said, ''We've come a long way, we still have a long way to go, but I am very optimistic.''
Dr. Pennon said his mostly African-American congregation of about 275 has begun speaking out and attending civic and government meetings. The congregation welcomes proposals to reduce crime, he said, and has plans to build a day care center in an abandoned house the church recently bought at auction. ''In the last year, people here have really started to pull together,'' Dr. Pennon said.
Mr. Brewer also noted a rise in community spirit. ''We were cut off and ignored,'' he said. ''But we're starting to figure out there's strength in numbers.''
South-of-the-river residents got a break last month, when at the urging of Southampton officials the state approved a one-shot equalization of the tax rate in the school district, shifting $1.8 million of the tax burden from Flanders and Riverside to neighborhoods inside Riverhead Town.
Riverside and Flanders property owners said they carried a disproportionate share of the tax load because more than half of the district's Southampton part is preserved land, and thus is removed from the tax rolls, and there is little commercial development. But the ruling has prompted Riverhead to consider suing, Mr. MacLellan said, and the Riverhead town supervisor, Robert Kozakiewicz, continues to talk up the idea of dividing the school district.
(Though downtown Riverhead is better off than the Southampton parts, the town-wide picture is reversed. The Suffolk County Planning Commission estimates last year's median family income in Riverhead at $59,131, the lowest of Suffolk's 10 towns. Southampton was in the middle of the pack at $68,861.)
While the two supervisors disagree sharply on the tax situation, both say they agree about the need for commercial development on the Southampton side of the river. They share support for a hotel and marina complex proposed on the south bank, and for an enterprise zone proposed on Route 24, the main road on the south side of the river.
''Anything we do would have a huge return for Riverhead,'' Mr. Heaney said, adding that Southampton will ask Riverhead business leaders for help in planning a ''gateway park'' on the Southampton side.
But some residents are not pleased with the prospect of more traffic and more buildings.
''I think it's very significant that Southampton can see we've been neglected and abused, but I believe it will take far more than a one-year tax rate change and some new street lights to give this community what it really needs,'' said Therese McGuiness, a Flanders resident and frequent critic of Mr. Heaney.
Ms. McGuinness contended that commercial development would only create more traffic and pollution and a greater sense of isolation.
''What kind of jobs are we talking about? Or is it just a mad rush to develop?'' she said. ''We don't have the roads and infrastructure to handle this. There just hasn't been adequate planning to address all of the inherent problems, and it will take a lot more than a few blue-collar jobs to get people out of poverty.''
She argued that Southampton Town is suddenly interested in commercial development in the Riverside-Flanders area simply because it would not be welcome in the town's wealthier neighborhoods.
''None of this would happen if it wasn't an impoverished neighborhood,'' Ms. McGuinness said. ''Change is coming. It's already here. But it's not all good.''
Mr. Brewer said he too hopes the town will approach development with caution, but also hopes the hamlet study will lead to rejuvenation of Flanders's traditional maritime uses and rezoning to permit the creation of hamlet centers.
Dr. Pennon said a community-wide revitalization would raise hopes for eradicating the blights of drug abuse and unemployment.
''I think the self-esteem of this entire community is going to improve,'' he said. ''It's long overdue.''

Is somebody upset because the ones they thought were in control weren't. The ones who tried to turn everything into something about them might have been wrong. The ones who thought they were better than others, thought they out shined others, thought their opinions were worth more than the opinions of others were shown the other side of the exclusive club door.
The only person who has ever had control over this blog is the blog owner. Stop pissing in the wind trying to mark your territory in an effort to reclaim what you never had. Control.
Drug abuse and unemployment! Sounds great Kapu! let me move in!
Why the hell would anybody want to control Mayo's blog anyway? I've never understood that. It's his blog. Not yours.
Maybe you ladies should have talked this out, before all of this started.Wow, that is all i can say.I don't know what happened between you two, but i will keep my mouth shut, seeing that i don't know the story . I think we should keep our mouths shut and let them settle this.O_O
As I pulled up, Terri was waiting for me outside her low-rise motel-style apartment complex in the town of Coram. ("Just keep driving until you see something that screams 'suburban slum'," she had directed me over the phone.) "You're here just in time!" she shouted. "There's trouble in Riverhead!"
he popular image of Long Island is as an upscale suburban playground, where Levittown sprawl has spread right up to the pristine beaches of Fire Island. Terri quickly disabused me of this notion. "The economy on Long Island sucks," she said. "Over the last ten years, hordes of companies moved down south and out west to unionless states where there are no strict environmental laws, and where it's much easier to exploit the workforce."
The Riverhead welfare center had the atmosphere of a bus terminal cross-bred with a post office: rows of uncomfortable plastic seats and long, slow-moving lines at the few windows open for business. Screaming, cranky kids were everywhere, bored by the endless waiting; a few entertained themselves by playing with the ST-2000, an ATM-like machine that ran clients through a series of questions before revealing what benefits, if any, they could apply for once they finally made it to the head of the line.
Thanks, anons; I really didn't know that stuff about this town. That's kind of interesting. ^_^
To the people who are posting all of the information about Riverhead:
Does it make you feel better about your lives to try and degrade someone else? I am sorry for you. Truly. In fact, I'm not even sure you are human.
Two East End cocaine enterprises were based in the town
By Michael White
News-Review photo by Michael White Suffolk County District Attorney Thomas Spota, flanked by members of the East End Drug Task Force, at a press conference Tuesday announcing the take-down of two Riverhead-based cocaine rings.
Two Riverhead-based drug rings were busted and 17 people -- including six who live in Riverhead and four from Mattituck -- were rounded up and arrested as a result of year-long police investigation into East End cocaine distribution, authorities announced this week.
"This is a major dent into the cocaine trafficking on the East End of Long Island," Suffolk County District Attorney Thomas Spota said at a Tuesday press conference in Riverhead Criminal Court, as he stood behind a collection of seized guns, drugs and cash.

Not only is she a biatch, she is a GHETTO biatch
if someone is lurking your blog will stat counter pick them up? or do they have to leave a comment
Mr. Sapienza was arrested last month after search warrants were executed at his business, SAP's Auto at 944 East Main St. in Riverhead, and a Route 58 garage he rented to store a race car, Mr. Spota said.
Police seized 20 grams of cocaine from a metal lockbox under a work counter at the Route 58 garage, as well as 160 Vicodin painkillers. Scales and cocaine residue were found at SAP's Auto and some $5,000 in cash was recovered from Mr. Sapienza's pocket, officials said.
Notice how quiet Amy has become since all the posts about Riverhead. Wonder why?

Sorry Kapu. She does exist. No matter how much you try to demean and devalue her existence
she's still here. She is reality. You cannot make her invisible no matter how hard you try.
I've watched you do it to other anons. I've watch you do it to other bloggers. I've watched them run away in tears. Not Amy. She's a strong one. She won't let you undermind what she knows. She has friends too. She is precious to those friends. She has value. You don't have the power to change that. Nobody does.
The Ghetto Biatch! Whoop whoop! I kinda like it. It makes me feel a little crunk, a little hip, a little dangerous. ^_^
Consider this a blessing. The Walmart in Riverhead is Ghetto
nothing involving here anon
Riverhead drug anon,
drugs are everywhere and in every neighborhood. so what's your point?
Whatcho up too 11:27? Aren't there any people in your neighborhood you can go beat up on tonight? Why make a bigger bloody mess of Mayo's?
Prostitution sting leads to three arrests in Riverhead -
A prostitution sting by Riverhead Town Police using an undercover female cop netted three arrests for prostitution this week, authorities said.
"riverhead will always be a slum......they can put any kind of museum there...or aquarium...and its still a slum"
The POINT is that she always talks about how beautiful her town is. And now that we all know WHERE she lives you can see she lives in the slums.
Oh gosh, 11:32! My other job!
;D
The POINT is that she always talks about how beautiful her town is. And now that we all know WHERE she lives you can see she lives in the slums.
November 2, 2008 11:33 PM
Maybe your address will be posted soon, and we can make fun of where you live.
Oh boi
Gotta make a living somehow :)
Let's all post where we live so we can all make fun of each other. It's such a fun, grown up game to play. Then, we can point out which ones of us have cooties.
A girl's gotta eat, 11:37.
This place has sunk to an all time low.
You people simply cannot stand the fact that getting Kapunua fired did not ruin her life, so now you're trying something new.
I don't think it will work. She's stronger than all of you assholes put together.
So give it your best shot. I'll be happily watching you fall on your faces... again.
I think you have cooties 11:37.
Maybe i could come up there and make some extra cash for christmas. :)
Make extra cash? TF. You just best learn to stay on your corner though or I might have to cut a ho. ^_^
11:39
I don't know who the hell this you all you're talking about is. I had nothing to do with Kapu getting fired. Stop assuming all anons are one and they were all involved in some big conspiracy to get Kapu fired. Did it ever occur to you that maybe it was somebody from BN, LJ or another site? Not everybody likes her as much as you do.
fuck all this stupid blog shit and VOTE OBAMA ON TUESDAY.
A few years ago someone came onto this Native American blog and was getting all racist and stuff. Finally one of them asked the magic question I love to hear: "What tribe are you in Pocahontas?" I always tell those people I'm from the Smackaho tribe.
fuck all this stupid blog shit and VOTE OBAMA ON TUESDAY.
YES
I want a busy corner. mamma needs some new shoes. LOL!
NO. I don't want to pay more taxes. I want to keep more of my money. I am not voting Obama.

Vote yes on 2, No on 4 and no on 8
4 and 8 are important. No on 4 and 8

I guess you want to lose your house than. Vote McCain if you want to lose your house.
Then you must make more than a quarter of a mil, or be a huge oil company. O_O Besides, shoots, even if Obama was going to raise the taxes for a ghetto biatch like me/ I'd let him. There are more important things to me than my money, such as protecting my rights as a woman, protecting the few rights that gays have, protecting the environment, getting our soldiers home, and pretty much everything else I believe in. Roe v. Wade is kind of a big one for me.
NO. I don't want to pay more taxes. I want to keep more of my money. I am not voting Obama.
Are you joe the plummer?
Excellent voting advice Martha Jones. I'll write your name in for president.
I guess I just prefer human rights to money. And if you're making over a quarter of a mil, wow. O_O
Whatever you say Kapu. Yes. You've made me change my mind. I've forgotten all about my 7 months of research on the candidates. It really is all about money with me.
You turned me into an Obama supporter in one minute. I'm going to vote Obama on Tuesday.
BTW I'm Joe's wife. I'm proud of my man.
Well hurrah!
you mean ex?
Hey 11:27!
I had to pee.
And then I had to make myself a hot chocolate.
And then...
:)
don't think for a second that if McCain becomes President that he's not going to raise your taxes, because he is. also don't forget about Sarah Palin who is even scarier than McCain.
Sarah Palin makes me want my mommy.
She reminds me of Jack Nicholson from the Shining, especially when she winks at me. It makes me die a little inside each time.
AMYYYYY i left you a message and a request.
hello.
i would've been here earlier but i've been down in the archives saving more of my road trip comments. i'm up to the point where i left to go stand in line at msg! good times. wet times, but good. :)
Me too, 12:08. In fact that night I got really ridiculously sick, I noticed that I was throwing up almost every time she was winking during her debate.
Have you seen sarahpalinaspresident.com? It's too funny.*
*Scarily accurate
Heya TJ. I'm a ho on the corner in my ghetto town of Riverhead. :)
hi TJ how are you?
hey kapunua. i noticed that! ;)
but at least you're voting right. lol btw! i already voted, and i thought of you when i did. i would've voted for obama anyway -- was there a choice? *grin* -- but now i know an obama fangirl. :)
This shit might be over by now, but K doesn't live there. Seriously, everyone, stop being asses. It's just, I don't know, freaking disappointing.
hi ergo! i'm doing okay. how's it going? i told my folks your story about being chased by the backhoe, and my mom was all: "oh i hope he was careful, what if she had tripped and he couldn't stop?"
moms. lol
That's great, TJ! I am getting my voting mojo on. It's a sphincter-clenching few days, that's for damn sure.
Carrie, thanks muchly. :)
i am ready and waiting to walk around the house with a smug grin, kapunua! i can't believe i didn't know my folks vote republican. o_o
Oh man, okay, wish I had stopped reading, you guys are actually making me emo now. I like both Amy and K, and seeing you go at each other, it's kinda, what is the English thing? "Gutting me"
Oh man, that makes it tough. So do some of my aunts and uncles. Well, but you did your part and that's awesome. ;)
Well, I need to take my ghetto biatch ho ass to bed and read a little more Dragonlance before I go to sleep. the books are kinda dumb but I have such sympathy for Raistlin that he (and the other good character, Tanis,) make it worth another read.
Then, good night! And Carrie, and nice anons, thanks again.
Carrie, I'm not "going at" anyone, so it's all cool. Don't worry about it.
we are always sure it's a long way back it's so loud it feels a lot closer
I stand right by the bucket at times while he uses it, we are very careful though
the bulldozer was about 20m behind me but it sounds so loud, that track noise is awesome it was really funny, in a scary way
good night kapunua, enjoy your reading. :)
hey there carrie. how are you besides being gutted?
hi carrie
goodnight K
you guys vote tuesday isn't it? I think there will be a much bigger turnout than normal
i'll make sure to tell my mom, ergo. :)
it's funny because they make a point of telling me about australian things now. like my stepdad pointed out australian wine in the grocery store the other day, and tonight i was helping my mom find a particular piece of jewelry, and she stopped to show me a ring she had that was set with australian agate.
cracks me up. :)
i think there already is, ergo. tbh, i haven't been paying too close attention to the process, but some states have early voting available, which seems new to me. plus there's absentee voting, like i did. i voted about three weeks ago.
this is definitely a closely-watched election year, though, no doubt about it.
I hope there will be Ergo, and I hope they are all bleeding liberal asses like me. But, in my heart of hearts, I don't think Obama will win. Maybe it's just because I haven't backed a winning candidate in like, oh, ever!
And goodnight, reading K! I will have to check out that series. See, normally I don't be all bitchy and pound a point down, but tonight, this blog made me emo. Remember people? Remember when K and Carrie were in the Thunderdome Cage? Shit, it changes. People are people, those creepy Depeche Mode guys said it best. Everyone on here has something to offer, be it poems, goofy jokes, their excellent costume skills, recipes, what have you. It's, (or it can be) like a big extended family. You guys, this stupid blog, you don't even know, how much you have helped me. The things that I have tried to change for the better in my life, seriously, it's like a Goddamn Lifetime Movie up in here. Just, thanks. EVERYONE.
Amy and OPJ, I googled Riverhead Internet and found this
1.
Optimum Online Internet
www.OptimumOnlineOffers.com Optimum Triple Play: Digital Cable, High Speed Internet & Phone Service
2.
NetZero HiSpeed Internet
www.NetZero.net Reliable, Unlimited Internet Access Email w/Spam Protection - $4.97/mo!
3.
Internet service
www.digitallanding.com High Speed plans start at $12.95/mo No contract or credit card required
Which one is it? can you please tell me?
I still think it should be compulsory
12:49 she uses optonline. That's in the original post from the first anon who quoted J.
Thanks i missed it the first time.
http://www.optimum.net/optonline
Can you get the actual number from knowing that?
carrie, all i can say is *hugs*
this is a special place, and the core of that is still here. i believe that.
ergo, my opinion has always been that americans really only have two civic duties: voting and serving on jury duty. i've never had a problem with doing either. but i can see why it's good to have voting be optional, because that means people have to choose to care as well as choose candidates and policies. we're probably too big for a true democracy to really work, which is why it gets so messy, i think.
Yes it is as easy as using google. 24.47.75.156
America's a republic, not a true democracy.
And the stalker anons on here on creepy.
anon what on earth are you doing? why is that something you need to know?
can't you just have some respect?
I'm not the one putting that info out there EP I am just quoting it from what I learned. If Kapu didn't want her server, her home town and her ISP getting out she would have gone to OPJ's place using hide my ass.
do you think so, 12:56? i'm not sure, but it's not a topic i often consider.
and i agree.
Bullshit anon.
You anons are creepy. I see that OPJ went to K's blog too. Why isn't her information being posted all over the place?
TJ, it's a fact. Remember the Pledge of Allegiance?
No sorry, this is KAPUNUA'S FAULT. She didn't HAVE to go to OPJs blog. And if she had to she could have used an anonymous web page. But she MADE THE DECISION to go on her page without being anonymous.
blogger Original Punk J said...
" Didn't you see the Riverhead, Long Island one? I sure did. Lots of times. I can send you the data...oh wait, you've blocked my psycho email. Oh well.

That one is from Oct 17, if you notice. Haven't been here, hunh?
And I believe the Staten Island ISP is associated with your "Crackberry," yes?
We don't come out of Knoxville. Just letting you know.
I know Riverhead is on Long Island. I have an atlas. "
This is a map of Riverhead Long Island

Kapunua uses OPTONLINE and her ISP number is 24.47.75.156
The word needs to get out. The word of the night is biatch and she must be stopped
Though I will agree a republic and democracy aren't too far apart.
Seriously anon, you are crazy.
you guys, and your barking, and the wrong tree, it all is amusey. Now me, I'm all out there, so if you wanna come stabby stab and put me in the freezer (and it had better be a big one) you can go at it.
yes, i remember it, 1:00. are you saying that's proof that the u.s. is a republic? i'm not following.
And see I believe Kapunua had no idea someone would be so crass as to post information that is as private as that just to prove some kind of point in a blog fight. Get some fucking perspective.
I think people should care, we have compulsory voting, not everyone does, or they donkey vote but it makes people have some responsibility for actually paying attention
0_O
enough with posting the personal information. we all saw it.
'And to the republic, for which it stands'.
And this site is interesting to read about it.
Exactly as I said. Why isn't J's info being posted all over the place? Kapunua obviously has the goods on her too. So why is it Kapunua's ISP and server and the rest of it getting posted but not J's?
Because J doesn't deserve to be treated like that.
Html fail. Let me try that again.
here
Nobody does.
She didn't actually prove the point either. It looks like Kapu went there twice. And once was to ask J to stop haranguing her. Just because she went to read the blog or ANY blog doesn't mean she said anything. The way I see it we all look at each other's blogs sometimes.
KAPU DOES. Fortunately there are some people who are willing to give her what she deserves. I would bow down to J and Amy if they could see me.
No she doesn't. Not even you do, and I think you're seriously cracked up.
1:10, you have a serious problem. You need some help to get things in perspective.
It's one thing to dislike someone, another to deliberately wish harm on them.
it's not harming her. SHE put her information out there on J's blog. Like I said. If she didn't want her ISP and home town out there, she would have used an anonymous web page.
1:13, why is that sense I see? What a rare beastie to find in this place!
Dude? For real? I'm just, I don't know, not getting it. Can you explain to me why you hate her so much?
wtf are you even talking about?
Ummmm it was through J's email that Sdock10s real full name got onto the blog too. Is that her fault too?
to the anon, not carrie, who's question i would love to know the answer to, as well
sorry, i lost my connection there for a bit. happens a lot at night like that. dial-up.
thanks for the republic links, i'll look at them next. i got the part of the pledge that has the word in it, but you know what? i realized i never took that seriously, even as a kid. it was like singing a hymn -- it was just pretty words that didn't apply to me.
*shrugs*
brb
And again, that ain't where she lives.
There are MANY who hate her Carrie. So don't point the finger at just me.
oh well shit. i hate that. stupid new page. :/
Toujours
America is a republic. It has been since the constitution was adopted.
But the main Amendment that tipped the scales from the national government of the United States being a mere republic to being a true representative democracy was the often-overlooked Seventeenth Amendment, which took effect in 1913. Since 1913 the U.S. Senate has been elected directly by the voters, rather than being appointed by the state legislatures. That makes the national government democratic in form, as well as being a republic.
Carrie she has lied before about where she lives.
ANd YES it is also Shelby's Dockery's fault that her name got out there too. How stupid do you have to be to put your real name in an email? COME ON.
1:15, of course it is! How dare she trust someone not to betray such personal information! For shame!
I get that anon, and not with pointy finger, honestly. I'm just, I don't know, curious. Obviously, she and I have had our issues, we got over them. She is not as unreasonable as you surmise, that's the only thing I can say.
Anon at 1:17, your logic is scarily like someone who blames a rape victim because 'she shouldn't have dressed in such a provocative manner'.
It's fucked up, is what it is.
NEWSFLASH every time you go to a web page it logs your IP. That means it is NOT private to begin with. Anyone could have put Kapu's IP and home town out there. Any web page.... any blog she goes to. ANY PAGE. Nothing is private. So don't blame me and don't blame J.
"She is not as unreasonable as you surmise, that's the only thing I can say.
November 3, 2008 1:19 AM"
I'm sure that IS really "all" you can say. 'She's not as bad as you think'. Well maybe not to you but to many others she is. I'm sorry but J and Amy and WE are in the right.
So why you gotta put that name out there too? Or are there two different anons?
1:15
That is not true. Sdock had her email on her profile. Anybody who clicked that link would have had her full name. How many profile views does she have? All of those viewers had excess to her information. Anybody could have posted that information. Stop the accusations. Where's your proof?
