What?...exactly.

Way down at the center of the Earth, the core as it is called, the pull is intense. The rest of it, what I see every day, endlessly revolves, but down there it is all held in tight. I want to be that close, leave the cycle, become random. I am a part of the pattern and I know that is why I feel this way. So much of it is polluted.

There is the challenge.

I tried to dig it up once. I wanted to know if it would pull my soul out and then would it also find a place in rotation? Follow me around batting at the back of my head? But, my palms blistered before I made it. I would like to say I did not give up, but I did.

Yesterday, I read in the news that someone had finally reached it. Once they arrived, they made legal claim of the core of the Earth. Stuck a flag in it and gave it a proper name, in a proper way...I hate proper. So, now I want it even more. The rest of it can float off for all I care.

Well, not all of it.

I will try again. This time, a bigger shovel and a pair of gloves might do the trick, save my hands. I will not quit; it is worthy work. When I get there, I will release it. I no longer wish to be a part of its rotation. Instead, I wish for the whole of it to become the rest of it.

p.s. each day the same way and then look at it again if its there, focus.

Regarding CTV I "saw" that too or actually I was given a link to the blogs. I thought it was shitty of CTV to be so angry with SS because he used her words and gave them to Mustard and didn't give her credit. I thought it was kind of sweet how Kapu had his back when he didn't know it. I also remember seeing when she called him out to ask if he was playing the people she cared about. Maybe it hurt his feelings but I also kind've liked her for not kissing his ass. I don't know! I think she's cool because you just know where you stand with her!! I like her friendship she seems to have with Mayo too. I don't know i just think it's cool!

The golden rule ISthe point,lucylu.

It has a lot to do with Kapunua and the way she treats other people. For instance, saying how she "hates" certain people here like she did earlier. For still namecalling, feeling she has the right to be mean to anybody, making fun of people, refusing to accept apologies or offer an apology, not caring how her words have hurt other lovelies.
Not golden rule type behavior.

Thanks Ergo. It's nothing serious.

Kapu wasn't defending anybody when she called SS and Mayo out. She was accusing them of being part of some conspiracy with some girl from that gossip show. She always called SS and Mayo her friends, too. Is that how you treat your 'friends', by turning on them and saying they tricked you for seven or eight months? If they're her friends too, why wouldn't she defend THEM???

Now she acts like it never happened. She kisses their asses every fuckin chance she gets.

THey're not stupid, but she treats them like they are.

Anonymous said...

first that was months and months ago so the relationship was still new. she didn't say she knew he was playing people she asked him if he had anything to do with undercoverbrutha and blackrose because they were 2 bloggers who were playing a RPG (Alie and her cronies) and pretending to be Ray and Gee and they had a lot of people here fooled. SS said he had nothing to do with them. he felt hurt that she would doubt him or think he would be associated with them but she asked him a direct question, she didn't accuse him of anything. I think he respects her for that.

Anonymous said...

I never heard her say she "hates" anyone, all I heard her say was she want's to be left alone by people who hate her.

SS didn't hurt her feelings. CTV got upset because she didn't get the glory and credit when he 'borrowed the words of one to comfort another' which should have made her feel fantastic. how was he to know she would not see how cool it was that her words could help another 'lovely' and instead chose to focus on herself and how she didn't receive all the credit. helping people isn't about glory hunting. it's about doing something for someone and not expecting anything in return.

How is everyone?

Anonymous said...

An inductor is a passive electronic component that stores
energy in the form of a magnetic field. In its simplest form, an inductor consistsof a wire loop or coil. The inductance is directly proportional to the number ofturns in the coil. Inductance also depends on the radius of the coil and on the type of material around which the coil is wound.
For a given coil radius and number of turns, air coresresult in the least inductance. Materials such as wood, glass, and plastic - known as dielectric materials - are essentially the same as air for the purposes of inductor winding. Ferromagnetic substances such as iron, laminated iron, and powdered iron increase the inductance obtainable with a coil having a given number of turns. In some cases, this increase is on the order of thousands of times. The shape of the core is also significant. Toroidal (donut-shaped) cores provide more inductance, for a given core material andnumber of turns, than solenoidal (rod-shaped) cores.

The standard unit of inductance is the henry, abbreviatedH. This is a large unit. More common units are the microhenry, abbreviated µH (1 µH =10-6H) and the millihenry, abbreviated mH (1 mH =10-3 H). Occasionally, the nanohenry (nH) is used (1 nH = 10-9 H).

It is difficult to fabricate inductors onto integratedcircuit (IC) chips. Fortunately, resistors can be substituted for inductors in most microcircuit applications. In some cases, inductance can be simulated by simple electronic circuits using transistors, resistors, and capacitors fabricated onto ICchips.

Inductors are used with capacitors in various wirelesscommunications applications. An inductor connected in series or parallel with a capacitor can provide discrimination against unwanted signals. Large inductors are used in the power supplies of electronic equipment of all types, including computers and their peripherals. In these systems, the inductors help to smooth out the rectified utility AC, providing pure, battery-like DC.

Getting someone to put it into perspective would've been 'Don't worry about it, he didn't mean it that way' or 'I'm sorry your feelings got hurt, CTV, SS wouldn't treat you like that.' NOT 'Do we need a support group for this?'

Golden Rule, LL! Oh but wait, I forgot. Kapu doesn't follow that rule, does she? You said it yourself.

sdock10 said...

Anonymous said...

Resurrected Wreck,

I am not trying to drag CTV into anything. My point is that Kapu talks to almost everyone like they have no sense, or they are wrong in their feelings or opinions, or they should be treated like morons when they do something that upsets her. The incident that happened at CTV's blog was a prime example of that. That is all I wished to say about her. Do you realize that is why CTV left, because of Kapu?

resurrected wreck said...

Do I need to repeat it? Apparantly I do: kindly leave CTV out of it, she's not even here anymore.

ergoproxy said...

6:03 I know I taught it

an inductor is alos a person who officially places someone in a position of authority or into a place of honour, ie inducted into a hall of fame

and a really funny thing to do is charge up a capacitor and leave it on the desk when making circuits, you can't tell if they're storing charge ad if someone picks them up they get shocked (small capacitors only)
they are the reason electrical equipment says not to open if you touch them you get shocked, even if it is turned off

Wrong. It had nothing to do with getting credit for what she said.

CTV is not here anymore. And it isn't right for people to bring her up. A lot of you don't even know the reason she was upset. But you go ahead and say that she was in the wrong and that she was being childish.

Anon, let's put some context around this. If somebody takes a stand and publicly declares their beliefs for something and then fails to live up to those beliefs, it would be reasonable to expect to receive some amount of criticism.

You (or another anon) said that SS follows the golden rule and I asked you what his belief system has to do with Kapunua because unlike SS, she has never publicly stated that she subscribes to the golden rule, so I wondered why you were holding up to an ideal that she never professed to follow. It just seemed a bit out of the blue. A bit like having a go at someone for eating meat when they never claimed to be vegetarian.

So when people who were supposed to be her friends turn on her and attack her, I most certainly do not judge her for giving back as good as she gets.

RW, anons have vendettas against many people here, but I think to them, this blog is like the online version of Jerry Springer. They need the drama to makes themselves feel good and quench their dramalust.

And half of them we deal with on an almost daily basis are basically kids.

Stop using other people's words

Has anybody seen pictures of Lindey's birhday party at the May 21 show in Arizona? I wanna see pictures of Gerard and Lindsey with the monkey he got for her!

sdock10 said...

Say huh?

Anonymous said...

Got her a monkey?

A real-life monkey?

Anonymous said...

WTF! A monkey. Why would you get the person you are so in love with a monkey for their birthday.

Anonymous said...

eliza's bday is may 21

sdock10 said...

Well, that's certainly an interesting gift. I mean who can honestly say that in their life at some point that they haven't wanted a monkey.

I know I did.

And then, I like realized they were kinda scary and not like in the cartoons or like on B.J. and the Bear.

Ohhh...and two words...

MONKEY SHINES!

So after that, I didn't want a monkey quite so much.

Anonymous said...

Maybe she wanted a monkey. I dunno.

Be back in a few!

Anonymous said...

A monkey? Is this some kind of joke?

Anonymous said...

TBP. Mustard is better or is creepy better? Got me on that one.
I like creepy.
What the hell happened today?
Blood bath I think. Why, why, why??
What transpired today was nothing more than shit on a stick and we all know we don't like shit on a stick. So, quit it.
Hello all lovlies, MayoMan,all blogbelievers. Hence the word ALL!
Too damn hot today. Cleaned the blinds outside on the deck. Dumb idea. Took a shower and feel all better now.
I am tired.

Hi mel, how are you?

Still trying to catch up here.
Monkey? Is this a Michael Jackson reference? If it is, not nice. >_<

Mayo,

Dude ever sense you put the word contraption up there, well, here's what I have been singing.

It's a good song, so, thanks!

I guess you have to have a problem
If you want to invent a contraption.

First YOU cause a train wreck
Then they put ME in traction?

Well, first comes an action
And then a REaction

But you can't change 'em round
For your own satisfaction

Well YOU burned my house down
Then got mad
At MY reaction.

Well in every complicated situation
Of human relation

Making sense of it all takes a whole lot
Of concentration

You can't blame a BABY
For her PREGNANT MA

And if there's one of these unavoidable laws
It's that you just can't take the EFFECT
And make it the CAUSE.

Well you can't take the EFFECT
And make it the CAUSE

I didn't ROB A BANK
Because you made up THE LAW

Blame ME for robbing peter
But don't you blame PAUL!

You can't take the EFFECT
And make it the CAUSE.

I ain't the reason
That you gave me NO reason
To return your call

You built a house of cards
And got shocked when you saw them fall

I ain't saying I'M innocent
In fact, the REVERSE

But if you're headed to the grave
You don't blame THE HEARSE

You're like a little girl
Yellin' at her brother
'Cause YOU lost HIS ball.

Well you keep blaming ME
For what YOU did
But that ain't all

The way you clean up a wreck
Is enough to give one pause!

You seem to forget
Just how this all started

I'm reacting to YOU
Because YOU left ME
Broken hearted

Well you just can't take
The EFFECT
And make it the CAUSE.

Well you can't take the EFFECT
And make it the CAUSE

I didn't ROB A BANK
Because you made up THE LAW

Blame ME for robbing peter
But don't you blame PAUL!

You can't take the EFFECT
And make it the CAUSE

So You Think You Want A Monkey?

If you are thinking that you want a monkey as a pet, this page was written for you. The ever-growing exotic animal trade has expanded to include many different species of primates as well as big cats and other wild animals. People who purchase these animals thinking that they are going to make a wonderful addition to the household are in for a rude awakening. Peaceable Primate Sanctuary does not endorse the keeping of any wild animal as a pet. We will try to outline the many reasons here. This is not a complete list but should be used in conjunction with other materials. Taking any animal into your household is a serious commitment and should not be taken lightly. There are many sites that have primate information and we encourage you to do as much research as possible. By coming to this site, you have taken the first step in making an educated choice.

Scott D. Kubisch

President/Founder
Peaceable Primate Sanctuary

Are you really ready to turn your home over to a monkey?

Never forget that a monkey is a wild animal. Depriving a monkey of a normal relationship with animals of his or her own species will only lead to a life of neurotic behavior. Monkeys need almost constant stimulation to keep them healthy. Ask yourself if you are ready to have an animal that can destroy your house and everything in it. A monkey cannot be taught to respect your belongings. They have not been domesticated for centuries to be gentle and easily trained by humans like a dog or cat. If you cannot stand the thought of cleaning up urine and feces 365 days a year, you should not get a monkey.

What will happen when he/she is no longer a cute little infant?

Once a monkey reaches sexual maturity you will begin to see their individual personality. What once was your baby is now a full-grown adult that has no hesitation to attack its caregiver and to engage in normal primate behavior such as aggressive acts, genital displays, masturbation, and copulation. If you choose to give your beloved pet up, where will he or she go? Zoos are always getting calls from people that want to donate their animals. Zoos almost never take ex-pets for exhibit animals for the following reasons: 1) Animals that are kept as pets haven't learned to socialize with the members of their own species 2) It is a long and difficult process for a zoo to introduce a monkey to an established group, especially one that hasn't learned the rules of primate society 3) Zoos do not have unlimited space and can only house a certain number of animals.

Care and feeding and setting up your monkey trust fund

$50,000 to $60,000 will be needed to take care of one monkey for his or her life, but you must also include money to build an indoor as well as an outdoor enclosure. Monkeys can live for up to 30 or 40 years; are you prepared for this type of life-long commitment? Primates need a very balanced and diversified diet, which includes a type of primate chow and a wide variety of fruits and vegetables. Finding a vet that treats primates can be a long and frustrating process since many of them will not take primates as patients or are uninformed on how to treat them.

Your monkey gave you what?

Hepatitis, herpes, measles, rabies, and much more. These are all known as zoonotic diseases or diseases that can be transmitted to humans from animals. The most serious of these is the Herpes B virus, which is a natural disease in different species of macaque monkeys. Herpes B causes little harm to monkeys but has a 100% mortality rate in humans that develop the clinical disease. Measles are the most frequently reported viral disease of non-human primates. Upon infection, the primate sheds the virus and can reinfect humans. For more information about many other zoonotic diseases we encourage you to contact the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Are you breaking the law?

For all the reasons listed above, keeping nonhuman primates as pets is illegal in many parts of the country. State, county and city laws often restrict the keeping of dangerous and exotic pets. In some areas, expensive licenses must be obtained.

Hello BC.! You made me angry today. You are a bad little cheeky money woman. Ya know that?

That monkey could whip Gerard's ass. Bwahahaha!

Okay, cute monkey but no, I don't want one. I used to think I'd like a little baby spider monkey but nah. It is sweet if that's what she wanted and he got it for her.

Bc, that did not make alot of sense. I hate it when the hubby tries to talk to me and I am in mid thought.
Anyway, don't let anyone play you is what I meant to say. I do not click on links, so don't bother.

Ha ha, it's a chimp! Thanks for posting that info anon.

Poor Mel, honestly, I have a tendency to make a lot of people angry. If not here, then for those who know me the best outside of this blog. That's how I am. I'm sorry.

My mum has a scar on the back of her knee from when she was young.

She was bit by a monkey.

I asked her where this happened. I thought she would say "at the zoo" or something.

She said "in my mates kitchen".

Her mate had a pet monkey that was kept in the kitchen.

Those crazy 60's eh?

I don't like monkeys.

I was thinking along the lines of a sea monkey, not a really big monkey.

Anyway, back!

hello again

hi mel

just saying I think monkeys belong in the wild, I don't like them at all, and they are creepy when people try and dress them up or make them act human

and anyway that pic hardly says he got her the chimp as a gift, perhaps she wanted a turn with one, or it's a chimp-o-gram

Anonymous said...

Eh, monkeys are okay. I rather have a dog though.

sdock10 said...

My dude wouldn't buy me a monkey, so if she wanted one and he got it for her that's sweet.

I was lost in a contraption
Took me days to find direction
Suddenly the moments collide

Finally found the fault in father
Family blood dilutes the water
I was dazed in my direction tonight

Photographed when he hit the ground
No one minds
That's my blind side

I was lost and you're to blame
A man of doubt gave me a name
The obvious was too hard to find

To watch me try is out of line
The sun will shine

To watch me die
Is out of line
The sun will still shine

What's mine is mine
the sun will still shine

Interrogation Contraption

The clouds prepare for combat
In the ever expanding world
Of nuclear attacks and global destruction
An invisable circle of silence
Errupts inside your abdomen
Eye to eye no one speaks
Who will be more obsecure
Evil lingers around us
And no one seeks to destroys us
Prepare for interrogation
With the immaculate nucleus
With imminent imaginations
Through the magic of fascination

Do not go outside the invisable door
'Cause nobody else seems to disappear
As long as all of us are there
Throughout the wear and tear
Of dreams past and present

Here we are on the planet Evilville
Put your head above the sky and detonate
All your phantom fears and all of
your dangers that might kill
And why do I the power, however
To destroy our destiny
And the power to overcome this buzzkill
Comes from underneath the earth

Do not go outside the invisable door
'Cause nobody else seems to disappear
As long as all of us are there
Throughout the wear and tear
Of dreams past and present
