The pre-orders come with three free downloads. But for some reason I keep getting the error message that the downloads can't be sent to Canada, and could I please change the shipping country (wtf?? No, I can't!) or remove the item. I'd be happy to remove the downloads, I'm not interested in them, I'm interested in The Black Parade Is Dead package. But... it won't let me separate them! And they don't seem to have a Contact option so that I can email & ask what's going on.
So I guess you have to be an American to pre-order? :/

Bucks Fizz ended all too soon.....
Morning to everyone! I'm in the business center of our hotel. My eyes are so blurry I'm having trouble typing. So if you see any glaring spelling errors, please excuse me for I am hideously tired.
First off, the St Louis show was nothing less than perfection. All of the guys were in top form, Gerard's voice sounded excellent, and everyone remembered all the right words! (ha ha, guys) I loved both the Memphis and the St
Louis shows, the energy, the sound, the interaction between the guys, the venues. Frank was waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay beyond excellent on "House of Wolves" (heads up, Ergo); he played like a man possessed, and I loved every minute of it. Gerard's voice, like I'd said, was completely on-key, and he didn't do or say anything untoward. His hair has grown out so long, it's as long as mine now! Bob of course was superior, and even played a song with Billy Talent. Ray, of course, was Ray Toro, Master of the Hot Licks and Afro. James was great, too. His whole family was there in St Louis. L and I sat above them in the upper pavilion.
Tonight's show, however, was a little different. The guys were still good, but the mood was different, not as "together" as the previous two. For the last part of it, they had some members of Billy Talent on stage with them. That made the stage look too crowded, and the singer's voice didn't really blend well with Gerard's.
The "best" part of our night was the riot in the pit incited by fans of Billy Talent's. These boys, and a few girls, started pushing from the back, and they didn't let up. L was standing behind me, trying to keep me steady and upright since I'm 5'1" and she's 5'10". It didn't work. I eventually went down, I think on top of someone, and we left the pit then. Do you know that the event security guys didn't do one damned thing to help us? We sa Matty finally, and told him about it. He at first acted like, "Well, that's kind of what to expect at a show," but after a little while, he went and started pulling people out of the pit. We got beat up kind of badly: L suffered a swollen llp and cheek, don't know from what, and I'm sore and will no doubt bruise tomorrow, all the way down my left side. My ankles hurt like a bastard, my left foot may be scraped, and my temper made an appearance tonight.
Matty did come through for us, though.
L says her favorite part was Friday night when the guys sang "Famous Last Words". It's the song that got her into MCR originally. We were outside in a fucking typhoon; finally it slowed down though. She pulled the hood of the poncho off her head, threw her head back, and sang at the top of her lungs. The combo of the weather, the song, and the atmosphere overwhelmed her, she said. :)

I'm feeling a bit blah tonight
at our hotel, though we didn't know it an hour ago! but a nice local guy (a sound guy for the venue, actually) lead us to this red roof, and voila! we have secured habitation for the evening!
although it's actually more like morning, since it's almost 4 am (by the clock on the microwave).
but anyway, a good evening, mostly, though that isn't the consensus of opinion. but tonight was my first concert under the influence of special salsa, and it was a lot of fun, tbh.
although i kept forgetting to look at the guys onstage. hmm. i kept rocking out to the music more than watching the performers. oops.
but i'm glad last night was such a great show, and so immediate and fulfilling. it allowed tonight to be loopy and free, you understand.
there's been a bit of turmoil, too. it's hard to think about leaving elena. i don't want to. i want to drag her with me all the way to the east, and make her stand with me at the philly venue. but she won't. she has a life she has to return to, and i don't. i only have following this band right now, and isn't that ridiculous?
i have to catch the bus tomorrow to philadephia, and i can't imagine it. it doesn't seem real at all.
there's so much that doesn't seem real, tbh. i would like a smidge of reality. it would be good to have a teeny bit of ground to stand on.

how do you not think the way Gerard ended their engagement wasn't a scumbag move on his part.
Gerard should have at least called her and ended it. ending an engagement by email is such a little bitch thing to do.
Also Gerard could have ended his relationship with Eliza before it got way out of hand. i think as much as Eliza "stalked" Gerard, he "stalked" her right back. i don't think you leave a girlfriend of 6 years and get engaged to someone else if you don't like them as much as they like you.
I just took a look at the MCR dates, and it's so odd to see only three left. It's kind of weird that this era of MCR is nearing an end. It really seems just like yesterday that it all started.
And with the final date in NYC, I think it will make for an exciting, bittersweet finale to the last year and a half. To have introduced the "new" MCR in New York, then to end it in New York, it's kind of cool. Plus, it offers a bookend, a close, to a lot of shit.
I have high hopes for them. Just when I thought they were unable to take it to a new level, they did. A couple of years from now, there will be another "new" MCR and another record with which I will dissect, mutilate, and pick the shit out of, and I will love it more than I thought I could.
Things will be different.

Then I heard Gerard's voice saying "I wanna hear you ACTUALLY --- YOURSELVES" and "JUST THE LADIES" and I couldn't click.
It's just as well; my boss would have been hella mad at me for taking two days off work. And I probably would have cried through the concert anyway.
I saw them once and it was before all that stuff so I have a fantastic memory of being in so much love with this band, and of seeing them play live on a beautiful day. :)
