T'was a long, hard day at work. Tosca and House Of The Dead are the operas that are running right now, and this morning we found out that the leads for both operas are sick, and neither one of their understudies has a costume. So we furiously had to alter a couple of period-piece gowns for Tosca, which is on stage tonight, and will do the same with a three-piece suit for House Of The Dead tomorrow. and we got a huge dumping of snow. Oh, what fun!

I shower once a day, too. I know you're not supposed to wash your hair every night, but I do. I try to use mild shampoo so it dosn't wreck my hair, and I look for shampoo that doesn't have laurel sulfates in it, but sometimes those smell too nice and I can't pass them up. ^_^

I shower once a day but sometimes twice if I've been outside and it's real hot. I wash my hair everyday it's too oily otherwise (and tried that whole leave it and it'll settle thing on a long camping trip - yuck! I'd rather wash it)

RW, I use the St Ives Aloe and Cucumber lotion, I love it.
I've also tried AVEDA Hand Relief, smells like lemon verbena.

The best bath for dry skin is to add some jojoba, some shea butter, and whatever kind of oil you like. If you have oily skin or problem skin, add a touch of tea tree oil. This will clear up your problems and the other oils in the bath will offset the dryness. If you have dark hair, use rosemary. Blond, use lemon. For all hair and skin types and colors, ylang ylang is pretty awesome.
Put enough jojoba in the tub so it feels oily, then when you get out and dry off you will feel like silk.
You can replace jojoba with stuff like olive oil, even. That's also good for your skin.

Amyranth get a stocking and put raw oatmeal in it (not cooked of course) and tie it under the faucet or soak it and squeeze it in the water, it's cheap and it makes skin really soft an dyou can scrub with it too, or wash with sorbolene cream instead of soap, I did that with my baby girl (well when she was one ) and a friend who's girl gets exema swears by it and it's really cheap

Amyranth, foodstuffs is the best kind of bathstuffs. ^_^ And if you get breakouts, try tea tree oil; it's astringent and it clears stuff right up.

just randomly most of the creeks around here have tea trees along the banks and the water is tea coloured, the bark is great for wrapping and steaming/fire cooking fish etc but you have to put banana leaves or something around it first and you never make tea out of tea tree leaves or stir your camp stuff with the sticks as it can kill you
