I am not so completely unaware. Because I am certain that is common knowledge, your recent presentment was, quite frankly, out of line. Your bravado flames me.
As it happened, I had simply misplaced the why, where, and how. I can identify the sickness in that statement, and I concede fault in my volition. I understand that I can be fucking difficult. My own scathing behavior must remain in constant check.
I am not able to take back that fleeting moment or the injustice it served you. I have arrived at the place from where I must move on. I wish you the same in your departure.

If an album is written from personal experiences, surely that then leaves the writer open to personal questions.

I think The Used album is a brilliant album, really their best and one of my years favourites.

What directed me to these blogs in the first place was the open, welcoming atmosphere between fellow MCR fans who were distressed by what was taking place within the band, personally and professionally, but were not able to express that concern at any existing fan forums for fear of being ridiculed, labeled a "hater", or banned. But lately these blogs have gone from being a sounding board for hopes and concerns to becoming like an exclusive secret sect. And while I do agree with the principle of protecting one's friends (if one can use that term to describe two blog owners who may be members of MCR, or may in fact just be people having a rather cruel laugh at our expense), I see nothing noble in using agressive posturing and belittling language to anyone to achieve those ends. I can't see any member of MCR, Frank especially, endorsing it either.
My "rant" for the night. Don't like it? Too bad.

Mayo I get the feeling you need to have a really long heart to heart with this person who betrayed your trust. Cause silence will only lead to confusion and more hurt feelings. It seems that you are ready to explode with anger because of something the other party did. Do they know what they did?
I think this person may have been very close to you and thought they could get away with what they did. You know a little joke at your expense because you are friends and you would get it. Hell maybe it was done to get you to talk to them again.
So just stop and put yourself in that other persons place for a moment. Think about how and why it got to this point. than go and have a really long talk with this person.

So for now, I'm dropping that entirely. The primary issue I would like to address is this:
You were rude to Mya. End of story.
Neither she nor anyone else asked you to tolerate cruelty. Neither she nor anyone else "rammed" Jesus down your throat. As a matter of fact, YOU were the one ramming Jesus down all OUR throats, what, last week? "Jesus was a hottie." That whole conversation--dare I say "monologue"--was horribly offensive to me, and many others here. I understand you don't believe in Him. That's your right. But just because YOU don't believe doesn't mean no one else does.
Why was it acceptable for you to ram that notion down OUR throats, and not for Mya to ask you--ASK you nicely--if you'd read the Bible? And for myself, I asked you if you believed in God, and why you didn't believe the Bible. You answered. I took it as your belief, and left it there.
We--L and I, I don't presume to speak for anyone else--kept quiet about that out of politeness. We respect that not everyone feels the same way.
But neither of us tolerates out and out rudeness in others.
It must be difficult to live with the amount of anger, frustration, and hurt that you carry with you every day. We all have some of that inside us, but we don't lash out at others who dare to speak their minds when they don't agree with us.
I, too, am going to enjoy a quiet evening with my best friend and my babies. I'll probably read my book instead of watching TV. And I'm not going to come back on here tonight.

Its definitly the time for reconcilliations and love. It saddens me cause i think that mayo is a deeply stubborn person and sometimes people like thatmiss out on good things because they cant let go easily. its a shame. Maybe we have it all wrong, None of us know how deep the hurt runs through mayo or what indeed the crime was, but i really do hope it is just a case of stubborness on mayo's part and that he sees fit to sort it out once and for all. Im sure to hell that the other person misses you and wonders how the hell they can correct the worlds biggest mistake, cause i sure as hell know that if you were my friend mayo and i lost you i would be gutted to lose someone as individual and exquisite as yourself.

Martha, I loved what you wrote. My only thought is, what if this person is just not worth it? Sometimes in our lives we have people who really suck the life out of us. I think everyone should try to resolve if they can, but if the person is not worth it, then I tend to walk away. Not always good, but hey it works for me. I just get tired of wasting my breath on some people. I think Mayo is at that point and I wish him the best.
SIM, it kinda it me a few weeks ago. It hit me when they were pretending to be Jamia, of all things. I didn't say anything to anyone. Then it kept happening. I threw it against the wall last night and I actually got a few emails saying basically, "This is who I think, is it who you think?" And they were all the same educated guess. It's pretty obvious if you've paid attention to this particular anon and the circumstances surrounding it.
Clearly, you can see why I would not say it straight out here, or even to anyone I didn't think really wanted to know, or should know. Things are rough enough as it is.
But that whole thing disgusts me. The behavior is so base, so frigging retarded, juvenile and fangirlish I had to say something. This person knows that I know who it is, too.
