Elena, I am almost finished with "Pillars of the Earth" which I picked up during my vacation last week. It is a good read, but somewhat predictable in a "be careful what you wish(pray)for" kind of way. I might have to check out your other picks when I finish this book. It will probably be my next vacation before I get to them though.

I know 51 is Anima!
In my dream last night, I am running along with Leon Kennedy in Resident Evil 4. I'm inside the game dodging bullets and zombies and whatnot. The character you have to protect for most of the game, the chick in distress, Ashley, is there too. She keeps getting shot and we keep having to start over which is very frustrating.
Eventually we get past the point where we've kept getting stuck, and this dude in a huge white plastic suit starts chasing us. We have to key in some kind of code into this little panel to get in a door, to escape from him, and it's taking a really long time, but finally we get in. Inside, we find that Big White Plastic Suit guy has already gotten in. He takes a shot at me and it just barely misses and all of a sudden I realize that this isn't a game, and he can really kill me.
We start to shoot back at him, but the bullets keep bouncing off his plastic suit, and I realize it's not plastic at all but rather some kind of bullet-resistant material. There's a little button on the face of the helmet and it looks like that's where we have to aim to kill him, but neither Leon Kennedy or I can seem to hit it. Finally I switch weapons and open fire on him. I end up shooting his suit off and he is a regular guy in overalls.
We go down this long flight of stairs to try to kill him, but somehow he manages to be one-up on us and he's pointing a gun at all of us. Why we don't just open fire, I have no idea. Instead I tell him, "Drop the gun and I will have sex with you!" I'm trying to hint to Leon Kennedy that I won't really have sex with the guy, just distract him enough so that Leon can shoot him.
The guy says, "Well, that sounds fair," and he drops trou.
I'm really confused because the guy has no man-parts. Instead of saving me the trouble of wondering what to make of this by shooting the guy, Leon Kennedy just stares at his lack of parts, as befuddled as I am.
I go, "well...all right. I'm not sure what I'm supposed to..."
And the guy whips out this little plastic container where his bits are supposed to be and he says, "When I have to pee, I just go into here." Then he rips it off and throws it into a nearby tub, saying, "I have to wash it a lot."
Then Leon Kennedy shoots him in the head.
That's when I woke up.
