I can't stop what people think about him. It is sad that he's acting so childish that his fans can see it. But it depresses me too.... Everyone with eyes can see how fucked up he is yet no one is helping. SOme people think "helping" means telling him it's alright and "not judging" him.
It doesn't matter because I don't think he'd even care at this point.
I just wish that some of you could see what a beautiful soul he was and that is maybe still in there somewhere. But without his close friends and family to ground him it will get buried even further. LA is his way of running further away from them and more towards the people who don't question his lifestyle and bring him back down to earth.

I feel badly if the drinking and drugs and LA stuff is true; I hope it’s not, and if it is, then I wish it wasn’t. But I have no call in Gerard’s personal life. I would assume the oiling is considered the most effective method, though it seems a bit cruel I again assume the eggs stop developing due to lack of oxygen, perhaps there is another method, but teh shotgun isn't effective, 1) they scare the others away 2) many animals can survive and dier slowly from injury or lead poisoning which is bad environmentally too.
we have the same problem with Ibis in some areas
I don't know if you heard of teh kangaroo cull (of I think a couple of hundred)which is in the news and was spoken about by Paul McCartney, but it is a fact that animals can overbreed when in an environment they are protected from predators and have more and year round food supplies. They are going to tranquilize then euthanase the kangaroos to reduce the population, which is the most humane method. Protestors have suggested they get relocated but there are a LOT of kangaroos in australia (heck we can have 5 or so in our yard each afternoon and morning) and relocating them would stress the naturally occurring populations in the areas they are taken to. And more than that would be killed on the road each day. It's never the preferable course to cull animals but sometimes it is the only viable option

BC, we only saw PR shows last summer, so we missed out on Mikey. Matt was a wonderful replacement, but we want to see Mikey very much.
I have to say the best of the four shows we saw was in Indiana--even if G did decide to, uh, "manipulate" himself for us.
