Pendulum.

I am filthy and filled with an untenable relapse in reason. I reek of the ruinous stench of revolt. I am vile. There is a guard posted at my bedside who never allows me to rest. He keeps a silent watch with his fist in my gut. My screams he silences with his lips pressed full against my mouth. He eats my words before they have a chance to live. And, he knows that once I am free I will disappear.

I throw my shadow against the wall. I hope that the guard will find the illusion a distraction and he does. Now, with the guard so easily bemused, I quickly slip out from under the sheets. Feet hit the floor first, then knees and hands, then once I am steady I crawl my way out the door. I only have a little time before the guard notices my shadow’s foolery. He could beat me to a pulp. Fucking prick.

And of course, I always return to the same place. They will eventually find me and post a new sentry. Perhaps the next will be somewhat entertaining.

p.s. present tense and terse with (only) myself.

Her man,
A wild dark love song
Borne deep within her gypsy soul
He’s gone to live in jagged mountains
Where salmon jump and sing
In tarns
High above
The cloud lines
Beyond the silver moon
In the shadow of the Cader Idris
In misty mountains
Where meadowlarks are known to wing
And wild geese fly
Across the winter sky
He’s gone to live in snow capped mountains
Where frozen voices echo
Across the frosty fields
Across the icy meadow
Languidly, across the frigid lea
Then back again
He’s gone from her forever
This wild dark love song,
Her man

Amyranth, are those song lyrics?

Amyranth said...

When the shy star goes forth in heaven
All maidenly, disconsolate,
Hear you amid the drowsy even
One who is singing by your gate.
His song is softer than the dew
And he is come to visit you.

O bend no more in revery
When he at eventide is calling,
Nor muse: Who may this singer be
Whose song about my heart is falling?
Know you by this, the lover's chant,
'Tis I that am your visitant.

You come from far away
With pictures in your eyes
Of coffeeshops and morning streets
In the blue and silent sunrise
But night is the cathedral
Where we recognized the sign
We strangers know each other now
As part of the whole design

Oh, hold me like a baby
That will not fall asleep
Curl me up inside you
And let me hear you through the heat

You are the jester of this courtyard
With a smile like a girl's
Distracted by the women
With the dimples and the curls
By the pretty and the mischievous
By the timid and the blessed
By the blowing skirts of ladies
Who promise to gather you to their breast

Oh, hold me like a baby...

You have hands of raining water
And that earring in your ear
The wisdom on your face
Denies the number of your years
With the fingers of the potter
And the laughing tale of the fool
The arranger of disorder
With your strange and simple rules
Yes now I've met me another spinner
Of strange and gauzy threads
With a long and slender body
And a bump upon the head

Oh, hold me like a baby...

With a long and slender body
And the sweetest softest hands
And we'll blow away forever soon
And go on to different lands
And please do not ever look for me
But with me you will stay
And you will hear yourself in song
Blowing by one day

Oh, hold me like a baby...

In Liverpool
On Sunday
No traffic
On the avenue
The light is pale and thin
Like you
No sound, down
In this part of town
Except for the boy in the belfry
He's crazy, he's throwing himself
Down from the top of the tower
Like a hunchback in heaven
He's ringing the bells in the church
For the last half an hour
He sounds like he's missing something
Or someone that he knows he can't
Have now and if he isn't
I certainly am

Homesick for a clock
That told the same time
sometimes you made no sense to me
if you lie on the ground
in somebody's arms
you'll probably swallow some of their history

And the boy in the belfry
He's crazy, he's throwing himself
Down from the top of the tower
Like a hunchback in heaven
He's ringing the bells in the church
For the last half an hour
He sounds like he's missing something
Or someone that he knows he can't
Have now and if he isn't
I certainly am

I'll be the girl who sings for my supper
You'll be the monk whose forehead is high
He'll be the man who's already working
Spreading a memory all through the sky

In Liverpool
On Sunday
No reason to even remember you now

Except for the boy in the belfry
He's crazy, he's throwing himself
Down from the top of the tower
Like a hunchback in heaven
He's ringing the bells in the church
For the last half an hour
He sounds like he's missing something

"She Hates Me"

Met a girl, thought she was grand
fell in love, found out first hand
went well for a week or two
then it all came unglued

in a trapped trip I can't grip
never thought I'd be the one who'd slip
then I started to realize
I was living one big lie

She fucking hates me
trust
she fucking hates me
la la la love
I tried too hard
and she tore my feelings like I had none
and ripped them away

She was queen for about an hour
after that shit got sour
she took all I ever had
no sign of guilt
no feeling of bad, no

In a trapped trip I can't grip
never thought i'd be the one who'd slip
then I started to realize
I was living one big lie

[Chorus]

that's my story, as you see
learned my lesson and so did she
now it's over and i'm glad
'cause i'm a fool for all i've said

[Chorus]

la la la la la la la la la love
Trust
la la la la la la la la la love
Trust
and she tore my feelings like I had none
she fucking hates me

Some of the best Irish poems I've read were written in Gaelic. Once they're translated, they're quite beautiful.

Our names are
Unimportant, quite
Straightforward is the lack.

Mayo

So I noticed earlier an anon called me whiney. Well, okay maybe sometimes but I’m not all the time, am I? Well, am I? Okay, to be fair I probably do whine a bit more than most but that’s just because I’m letting my true emotions out. This is the only place I feel free to do that. So, just to prove that I can write a totally whine-free goodnight here it is…

Yep, I sitting here trying to think of something happy. Ponder, ponder..Oh, got it. I’ll tell you what I did today. Not exciting but hey, it made me happy. I spent most of the day writing. I love to write and when I get a day that I can just sit at the computer, without interruptions, it’s a good day. Maybe it’s because I like to get caught up in other people’s lives that I’ve created. I can create the most fucked up situations for the characters and then I can fix it for them. Kinda nice, really. And yeah, there is that feeling of power that goes along with it. I mean these characters are at my mercy. With a few strokes on the keyboard I can really mess with them. So yeah, my day probably sounds kinda lame but I enjoyed it. You know I’ve come to the conclusion that you need days like today. A day where you just take time to do what makes you happy. Even if it’s not all that exciting it still refreshes your soul.

Mayo, I hope you had that kind of a day. A day where you did what you wanted to do. Free from interruption, a day that refreshed your soul.

Night Mayo

Okay one more thing. Yeah, it almost 4 in the morning and I'm still awake but...

For Wendy to find... This is for you, my friend.

Evening Star
by: Edgar Allen Poe

'Twas noontide of summer,
And mid-time of night;
And stars, in their orbits,
Shone pale, thro' the light
Of the brighter, cold moon,
'Mid planets her slaves,
Herself in the Heavens,
Her beam on the waves.
I gazed awhile
On her cold smile;
Too cold- too cold for me-
There pass'd, as a shroud,
A fleecy cloud,
And I turned away to thee,
Proud Evening Star,
In thy glory afar,
And dearer thy beam shall be;
For joy to my heart
Is the proud part
Thou bearest in Heaven at night,
And more I admire
Thy distant fire,
Than that colder, lowly light.

Hey Mayo

One more thing...

Love yourself, accept everything about you that makes you, well, you. Never try to conform to what others think you should be. Never settle for what the world tells you is right. Listen to your heart, follow what it says.

Remember the sun will shine, the moon will glow. No matter what you do these things will happen. You can't change everything. You are only master of your own little world. Make it how you want. Make it your own.

And with that, Elena will try to sleep.

Goodnight all

Okay, I just HAVE to share this too:

I've Learned....
Author Unknown

I've learned that we don't have to change friends if we understand that friends change.

I've learned that no matter how good a friend is, they're going to hurt you every once in a while and you must forgive them for that.

I've learned that true friendship continues to grow, even over the longest distance. The same goes for true love.

I've learned that you can do something in an instant that will give you heartache for life.

I've learned that it's taking me a long time to become the person I want to be.

I've learned that you should always leave loved ones with loving words. It may be the last time you see them.

I've learned that you can keep going long after you can't.

I've learned that we are responsible for what we do, no matter how we feel.

I've learned that either you control your attitude or it controls you.

I've learned that regardless of how hot and steamy a relationship is at first, the passion fades and there had better be something else to take its place.

I've learned that heroes are the people who do what has to be done when it needs to be done, regardless of the consequences.

I've learned that money is a lousy way of keeping score.

I've learned that my best friend and I can do anything or nothing and have the best time.

I've learned that sometimes the people you expect to kick you when you're down, will be the ones to help you get back up.

I've learned that sometimes when I'm angry I have the right to be angry, but that doesn't give me the right to be cruel.

I've learned that just because someone doesn't love you the way you want them to doesn't mean they don't love you with all they have.

I've learned that maturity has more to do with what types of experiences you've had and what you've learned from them, and less to do with how many years you have lived.

I've learned that it isn't always enough to be forgiven by others. Sometimes you have to learn to forgive yourself.

I've learned that no matter how bad your heart is broken the world doesn't stop for your grief.

I've learned that our background and circumstances may have influenced who we are, but we are responsible for who we become.

I've learned that just because two people argue, it doesn't mean they don't love each other And just because they don't argue, it doesn't mean they do love each other.

I've learned- that some members of your family may not always be there for you. It may seem funny, but people you aren't related to can take care of you and love you and teach you to trust people again. Families aren't always biological.

I've learned that you shouldn't be so eager to find out a secret. It could change your life forever.

I've learned that two people can look at the same thing and see something totally different.

I've learned that your life can be changed in a matter of hours by people who don't even know you.

I've learned that even when you think you have no more to give, when a friend cries out to you you will find the strength to help.

I've learned that credentials on the wall do not make you a decent human being.

I've learned that the people you care about most in life are sometimes taken from you too soon.

Hugs and Love again,
6/Wendy

you made me smile!!

kapunua your dream was crazy intense! i would wake up tired from that one!

and its freaky Kapunua cos i dreamt about you last night! nothing sexual i promise!!!
i will briefly share.

(its a little freaky that its a water themed dream as i hadn't read kapunua's dream til this morning??!!)

so i was back living where i grew up, down the road from my mum's house. we lived right by the sea. i am pushing kapunua in my 2 yr old's buggy!! (i know its ridiculous! and you fitted in it too??) anyway we get to a bit where there is like a large natural rock pool which gets filled at high tide and then stays. anyway suddenly the buggy tips over and we are being drawn towards the pool. its one of those things where you just can't stop yourself even though we weren't on a slope or anything. so i said to kapunua you better get out of the buggy or you will sink straight away. so K gets herself out and in doing so slips into the water. at that point i can see something swimming underneath the water. as it surfaces out of the water i see its a polar bear. and then i see a bigger polar bear. i'm thinking oh god thats probably the mother. so kapunua is shouting at me to distract the polar bears. so i'm running aroung on the road beside the rock pool. and they both get out of the water. first the smaller one runs at me and i dodge it and then the mother starts to run at me and i'm panicing. then i turn to look at kapunua and she's got herself out of the water and she's videoing the whole thing!!! i'm like WTF!! and then i woke up!

so there you go K hope you got some good footage!

after the initaial wake up in a panic i did lie there giggling to myself. how very crazy!!

Mayo,

Howdy, how are ya? I hope your life is all that you want and need it to be. Me? I'm okay. I've been too busy lately to stop and dwell on anything too fucked up. Is that a good thing? I don't think so. Creates this illusion that things are better than they really are and I find myself falling for it. Being so tired, you'd think I would sleep like a baby. Uhhhhh, no. No, I am not. But no tylenol PM's in 3 nights. I've come too far to turn back now.

Well, that's dramatic and extreme for a Wednesday. I make myself sound like a hardcore addict. Am I? I must be because I am having a hard time admitting it.

One day at a time, Mayo. One. And in my case, I guess it's one night at a time.

Wishing you a day that is laid back but productive. Aren't those the greatest?

hello people!

Mayo
well it's 9:11 pm and I've been home half an hour had my pineapple ham olive and cheese pizza and 2 1/2 glasses of red lambrusco and everyone else has gone to bed!
But of course I need to wind down first. or I'll never fall asleep.
I had a lovely night with 3 very nice teenagers, admittedly helping them with mathematics but they are great kids, keen to learn adn also very well brought up. I tell you things like that stamnd a child in good stead for adulthood.
It's a shame all parents don't make the same effort.
But I was going to skip calling in tonight but seeing as I'm the only one not gone to bed (yep we are not a big late night family!) I thought I may as well.
So hoping once again you had a good day, have yo had a new guard appointed yet? if so I hope they are amusing, at least the time would pass quicker!
Tonight I listened to 2 songs a few times each while driving, one was "Alive in the glory of love" by Say Anything which I love , plus I think they are a great band, and "Light up the sky" by Yellowcard, both songs I love for the emotion in them, Alive for the kind of fun, lusty perhaps sexiness, Yellowcard for the emotion but both for the fact they really speak to me of someone deeply loving another, albeit probably less eloquently than some of the poets quoted earlier.
the bits I love, apart from "When I watch you, want to do you, right where your standing, yeah"- which probably says more about me than I should, are

from Say Analysis
"no I won't let them take you won't let them break you, hell no no no no I won't let them take you won't let them break you hell no no"

from Yellowcard
"let me light up the sky, light it up for you,let me tell you why, I would die for you....let me make this mine, I'll ignite for you"

just thought I'd share that, don't know if it will mean anything to you, or why I feel I should tell you this tonight but maybe you have someone you feel that way about and who feels the same way about you, I hope you do.

Well best be off, I just had a call froma friend who lost everything in the flood a while ago, they are still not back home, perhaps won't be until the end of the year. I cannot imagine losing nearly everything like that, hearing her describe passing her kids out the window and swimming away from the house! She has only just now felt able to talk about it all.You really need to appreciate what you have, family friends and belongings, cause you never know what could happen.
Wishing love, comfort, friendship and companionship to you and yours
much love

hoping you are well and happy.Still Bizzy? I hope your life is treating you and those you love well. My sentiments for Mayo are for you too. Treasure everyone and everything, and love and be loved asmuch as you can

Oh my god, you must know me in real life. I absolutely would do that. I always have my stupid camera and people are always like, "PUT THAT THNG AWAY" and I"m like, "but I'm making a movie. This is art!" ;) No seriously, I neurotically document everything. I have this weird fear that someday either I will forget and only have documention to remind me, or, more disturbing, reality is so subjective that without proof, none of it is real. S'up, Shcroedinger's Cat to a whole new level. O_O

Sdock

p.s. Worrying about something that might not even happen.

I wondered actually if the "guard" in this post was worry instead of something closer to loathing. Worry seems to be a theme these last few days, huh? I always ask myself, Why torment yourself with fantasies of disaster? Yet we do it anyway, you know?

Hello Princess also!

Well, I'm off to babysit Boychild. Be back later. :D

Hope everyone is having a great day.

Or, more disturbing, reality is so subjective that without proof, none of it is real.

Do you know how much of a relief this is? I seriously thought that I was the only one I knew that thought with that frame of mind.

Sometimes I think life is just some big conspiracy.

*Twilight Zone music*

Anonymous said...

talking of the twilight zone.
at eurodisney there was this new ride called "the tower of terror" and its based on the twilight zone. we all went on it even the 2 yr old. it is not suitable AT ALL for 2 yr olds but as my lad is so ridiculously tall he could go on!! horrible parents we are! neither of us wanted to dip out!!anyway it scared the shit outa me!! the 2yr old was shaking and the 5 yr old was crying!!(nothing new there though!) basically you all go into an elevator and strap up (i was gonna say strap on then and got unpleasant imagery!! don't let elena see!)and then with all the creepy music etc going on they take you up to the top and you're inside this hotel type building (obviously!) and then they drop you!! you part company with your stomach biggy time. fucking brilliant!!

the tower of terror!

i know there is one in florida but i don't know if any of you have been on it??

FASC,

The funniest thing. My husband and I went to DisneyWorld for our first anniversary (twelve years ago O_O) and I tricked him into going on it. His mother and I told him that if he got to the top on the elevator and decided he didn't want to ride he could take the stairs down. Totally not true. He was stuck when he got to the top.

He cussed us out for the next two hours. It was funny as hell. ^_^

You can't keep him off of a roller coaster now. So in all reality, I helped him overcome his fear!

Anonymous said...

Oh, it posted.

It didn't even go through, on my end.

Blogger, you are a meffin' piece o'shit.

Anonymous said...

Mayo, I said I had a song for you, and I finally uploaded it.

It's one that's old to me, or relatively old I guess. I heard it first in around '01. It summed up an entire summer for me. You know how it is with songs, sometimes they fit into your life perfectly, other times not so much, even if you still love them? Well, remember how I was rambling yesterday about randomly happy times, just good feelings without any reason or portent and stuff? And how I wished that for you?

Well this song has kind of been a soundtrack to times like that. This song is that vibe, that mysterious, hard to explain good feeling.

Delicious, by Evangaline Blue. (I'm not sure if that's her real name; it's the name of the character who sang it in the show--an anime--and I've only ever seen it credited to her.) It's hard to find anymore.

If you're like me, you're careful about what you put into your head, and you don't have patience for things you immediately dislike, and you're wary when people tell you, "Okay, listen to this!" Because if a song isn't cool, it kind of wastes five minutes of your life, right? I get that.

But this is your song now. That means you can't give it to anyone else, that would be bad luck. ;D

Oh, of course anyone else may listen to it too. ^_^ But today, this is a song for Mayo. It just kind of works.

capture this void said...

Hi Kapunua, Mustard!

Anonymous said...

FASC, yeah the song is very atmospheric, right? The story was about a mermaid, you can almost hear that in the music. It's from the anime "Petshop Of Horros" and I'm pretty sure I'm the only person in the entire world who has heard of it. No, not really, but it wasn't a very famous one or anything. It was based on the (much better) manga of the same name, in which a mysterious pet shop owner sold not pets, but dreams. Well, in the form of "pets," and each buyer had to learn a lesson from whichever pet they chose. The pets were never really animals though; they only looked like them. They were spirits who chose to teach the lessons. And some of them were very brutal, and often end in violence, blood, gore, death, extreme mental trauma etc. But some of them were pretty nice. It is my favorite manga, along with Blade Of The Immortal.

Anon, as much as we can be sure of anything her, I'm sure that GV is not Mayo. She has told me straight up that she wasn't, and I believe her.

I believe in Katherine's honesty and in Mayo's, too. He would have said something by now.

Hey guys I thought of you when I was looking at mcrsecrets for the first time in a looong time. The VERY FIRST SECRET is about Gerard making girls moan for him and how it is hypocritical. All of the comments are like OH VERITAVENOM strikes again and you must be one of her FOLLOWERS!! I stuck up for her because I agree with her. I HATE what Gerard is doing and who he is now, it makes me sad.

But I really wanted to just tell you all that VV is kind've famous in the fandom now. She made it all the way to mcrsecrets so alot of people are reading her blogs and getting very upset.

I wanted you all to know. I miss some of you guys a lot!!!

One thing I want to know, I know you guys don't think this is Gerard's blog anymore BUT do you think that he knows what people are saying abotu him at least? Anonymous said...

hi Save on The Waves hi Capture thhis Void. I am also very glad the word is out there..... but do you think it ever made it as far as the band themselves??

Anonymous said...

What I am really trying to say is that I tried to keep on liking MCR but I can't anymore because Gerard dragged them down. And I feel like that toward all of them because no one is standing up to him. Why doesnt' anyone else put their foot down???

I feel like the entire band doesn't care anymore. There is no other safe place to say that but here without getting killed by fangirls. Even at VV's place you can't speak without Gerard Defenders coming out of the woodworks and saying things about you.

I feel like the entire band is turning their back on the people who made them what they are and it is a giant FUCK YOU from ALL of them, yes ALL of them to all of us.

Does anyone else still feel that way?

Hello family!

Maybe they did step up to him,we will never know, but I believe Gerard he's not the kind of person who says "you know what guys? You're right, I've been acting like an asshole", or at least he's not anymore. He can be pretty stubborn.

I think the other guys are as disappointed as us, and you can see it during live shows. It's like they only play because they don't want to upset their fans, but it's quite obvious something is just not right between them anymore. They used to have fun on stage, and now I can't see it anymore.

Anonymous said...

Hey again, dudes and dudesses.

The best way to describe where I stand with Gerard and the band is disappointed.

I feel like the entire band is turning their back on the people who made them what they are and it is a giant FUCK YOU from ALL of them, yes ALL of them to all of us.

I wouldn't say that. I understand where you're coming from, but I have the strongest feeling not all of the guys are cool with it.

I mean do you think he knows that he has hurt so many of his fans who used to love him. because if he did know, do you think he would care or not care??

Does he know? Probably. I can only hope he does.

This band has served three purposes for me.

1. It made me listen. Not only to the music, but to the world around me. It made me see the viewpoints of other people more clearly. It showed me that I have it in me to go from nothing to something.

2. It made me realize that not everything is what it seems. I fought for this band. I fought for Gerard when he was acting like an ass and people were accusing him of drinking again, being drunk onstage, all of it. I fought for their reputation. I've done the same thing that other people have done in previous generations when their band became something totally different, when they fought for them and stuck up for them. I can't do that anymore. I have faith that they could turn it around, but I can't waste anymore energy trying to save something that the founder of the band is not ready to save.

3. Lastly, it's shown me that, sometimes, it should just be about the music and not the values or morals or message.

Safe on the Waves said...

Bella, I don't think they're disappointed in the true fans, just the thousands of FANGIRLS they have to play to everynight. They must feel like a boyband.

capture this void said...

I've been thinking that very thing for some months now, love. I really don't know.

A tiny part of me hopes he doesn't know, because if he did, that would mean he doesn't give a fuck how much his words have offended and hurt his fans, seeing as how he continues to go on with the antics on stage. I wouldn't know how to handle that 'cause this guy used to mean a lot to me. But in the end I want to know the truth, even if it hurts.

But a larger part of me really does want him to know what we all think about these new changes. I still believe there's some good in that man. I don't know what's happened lately, but that good soul has been shoved aside, and has been replaced with something completely foreign.

Maybe he's just scared. Maybe this is all a cry for help?

Is this temporary (a phase, an early midlife crisis?), or will this be the only Gerard we'll be seeing from now on?

I don't think it's fair to drag the band down with Gerard. I have a lot of faith in those four. I truly hope one of them, or at least someone who knows the band has brought up this issue. I have a feeling some are just as disappointed as us. Frankly, a lot of the fans are starting to wake up and see this too.

I don't want to see this all blow up in his face. I just want him and the band to be OK.

Christ, look at me babbling. Am I making sense? Do you get where I'm coming from?

I hope I answered your question Fiona, but this is just me talking.

I really hope so, CTV.

"Frankly, a lot of the fans are starting to wake up and see this too."

I'm not sure about that though. As I said, nowadays most of their fans are teenager girls who can only scream at the top of their lungs "I LOVE YOU! I WANT TO HAVE YOUR BABIES!", and I am sure they would do anything to please him. What's happening on VV's blog is the proof.

Anonymous said...

Bella, I don't think they're disappointed in the true fans, just the thousands of FANGIRLS they have to play to everynight. They must feel like a boyband.

I know what you mean, Safe. I think it must be very hard to be in your late 20's or 30 years old and having all those teenies lusting for you.

But still, this is the fan base they also chose to address with their music.
Gerard and his constant talking about his high school trauma...
It is no wonder that he has become the spokesperson for all those teenagers, who don't fit it and feel like outsiders in school or anywhere else.

Hmmmm...I wonder if any other members of the band feel disappointed? We have no way of knowing if they have tried to talk to him but I do feel bad for them, surely they can see the change in him too. Sometimes they must cringe with embarassment. I hate seeing him act like that. Or is he being his true self and the other Gerard persona was the act?He isn't punk he is being obnoxious. As a Bullets and early Revenge fan, I'm sure they are quite disappointed. Media allows only first impression interpretation.

Those quite observant are able to witness transparent layering. It's hard to understand the limit and the understatements.

Hmmmm...I wonder if any other members of the band feel disappointed?

Well, my first guess would be probably.

But, the fans who feel disappointed possibly have other alternate feelings for their disappointment.

Does that make sense? The reasons I'm disappointed aren't on a personal level with Gerard. There's, however, may be. That is if they're disappointed at all.

God, this makes my brain hurt.

Siobhan, can you do me a favour? Check out your BN account to see if I messaged the right person? I feel I've just made an ass of myself to a complete stranger in a case of mistaken identity.

Why the hell does the English language have to be so freaking homophonic?

Safe on the Waves said...

Siobhan - was I right?

MIB - how is the English lang homophobic? I'm interested in the origins of things.

Bellatrix said...

Hey siobhan and BC!
*HUGS*
I'm fine, thanks.

That's true CTV, but again we're talking about thousands of fans who still believe we are haters because we can't accept what's going on with Gerard, and I don't think this would change anytime soon.

The proof is that if you go and have a look to Buzznet archives you'll see that those girls who were disappointed in September about his marriage because it was rushed, are the same who now claim to be MSI fans.

They've changed their opinion just because Gerard told them MSI is a great band.

Alright guys, I need to get off now.

Take care, everyone.

"i want to hear what everbody sees and i want to see some more interviews from G Way and then have a think on it all. i really am not ready to give up. i just don't want to. so that's what i'm waiting for!!"

FASC, I am going to my first show and I want so badly for these smaller shows to bring out the best in them. I'm waiting to see what I witness with my own eyes and ears. I'm not ready to give up just yet either. And I totally understand everyone's point of view about all of this. It is disappointing. It makes me sad for the band, sad for Gerard. I really want this to work out for them. I want them to go down in history as an influencial band with their intregrity intact.

Safe:

Not homophobic. Homophonic.

There, their, and they're.

Its and it's.

Sound the same, but spelled different.

Anonymous said...

Yes, you are, Safe ;-)

Check your messages on buzznet.

Hey there Bella. Hi Safe, how are you? I know you're hiding somewhere Pancake-Zilla ;)

Hey CTV *glomp* Hi mustard.

Bellatrix said...

Bye CTV and hi anima!

Fimble and MissT, we are you?

Safe on the Waves said...

Sorry MIB. I need to learn to read one day.

Siobhan - nothings come through yet. I just so pleased I have a memory! Especially since it's been ages since you commented.

BC - I'm great, thanks for asking.

Bye CTV. Hello Anima *squeeze*
You're going to see your first show soon?

Mine is coming up next month, and at every concert I go to, I always make sure to write a review, so expect at least two of them posted on my blog after april 18th.

I hope the shows won't be like the ones at PR, but even without Gerard's erratic behavior, I thought PR sucked, at least for me it did.

anima said...

Hi Bella, CTV, BC, Mustard, Safe, Siobhan!

*squeezes BC* (BC, what Elena wrote about you is true.) :)
Yup, my first show....how ridiculous is that? I'm going to the KC show and of course the one in St. Louis. I'm trying to talk my husband into going...and I think he is seriously considering it, which would be way cool.

Anonymous said...

Aww thank you Anima. If you're husband is going, then that's great. I hope you guys have a great time.

Usually I see a lot of adults go to shows just to get drunk.

Anonymous said...

They really must be some cowards, if they don't have the balls to step up to Gerard and tell him what an asshole he is.

Again, we don't know that they haven't.

Gerard may choosing not to listen.

I think if they really got to the point where they think that Gerard's behaviour could endanger the band's future there would find other options to make him stop. For example talk to their management.
After all, it is all about money and if they come to the conclusion that Gerard destroys the band with his megalomaniac outbursts they would have the means to shut him up.

Bellatrix said...

I'm sure you'll have a great time, anima.

Well guys I'm off to bed.

Fimble and MissT, if you happen to lurk know I MISS YOU BOTH, okay?

Goodnight Mayo,SS and Family.
Take care.
Love you all!

Gaah, everyone's leaving!

anima said...

Welp, I gotta scoot out of here.

All of you have a lovely evening, (day, whatever time it is where you are).

Mayo, you can't post tonight. I won't be around and it seems like I keep missing you everytime. ^_^ Post tomorrow, but you really need to hang out with us. We're friends, right? I hope you feel that way because I consider you my friend, but I never get to hang with you. It's kind of makes me sad. Nah, it's okay, I'm just givin' you trouble. Hope to see you around soon!

SS, I miss you buddy.

♥ you guys!

Goodnight and sweet dreams Bella *hugs*

Do not get me started about Gerard's behavior. I'll get a fucking headache if I do. I'll save the speech if or when I meet him again.

After all, what's the point of constantly complaining about him where there are ways to address his behavior directly to the man himself by telling it to his face when the opportunity presents itself? (in a upmost respectful manner of course)

Anonymous said...

Yeah, it's been ages since I commented.

You know what? Their showing 'The Wave' in theaters here in Germany.
Those people at buzznet always reminded me of that book.

Anonymous said...

Hello my lovely Pancake-Zilla. I am doing great, tired though, but thank you for asking.

Have you eaten already? ^_^

Anonymous said...

The Wave? What's that about? Sounds ominous.

Anonymous said...

BC, I'm not a mean anon, but do you seriously think you have the right to tell him?

You don't know him personally, and would he need to listen to you, if he doesn't have a personal connection with you?

Bye the way, I know you mean well.

Quote of the day, right there.

Anonymous said...

Do you really think he would listen to you, BC?

He's not interested in criticism.
He said that several times in interviews.

BOW DOWN!!!

QUEEN OF THE 666TH POST!
MISTRESS OF THE FIRSTIES!!!

Again, I'd like to clarify that I said the English language was homophonic, not homophobic.

Just so everyone knows.

Safe on the Waves said...

I'm glad I maked you smile, Anon. I've always wanted a quote of the day! xoxo

Anonymous said...

Siobhan-san, if I have to, I'll bust his fucking balls and say it. I don't give a shit if he doesn't listen to criticism. I'll say it anyways.

And also,

Gaaaaaaahhhh!!!

I WILL NEVER BOW DOWN TO YOU!!!!!

Hello everybody.

Alright I have some friends who are MIA. FS and Bikey where the hell are you? At least let us know you are alright.

Miss t I will give you one more day and than I'm calling you out as well.

Anonymous said...

Hello MJ. How was your day? Last time I talked to Miss T, she said that she's been busy

Anonymous said...

First, I think BC would have all the right to ask him, anon!
After all, she is one of the countless people, who supports his band and also his lifestyle with her hard-earned money.

But still, I think he would not listen.

BC, yes I have eaten. You're safe for tonight, hehe.

The wave is a book by Morton Rhue.
It's about a teaching experiment that took place somewhere in the USA.
