I wanted to say goodnight to you but then it sorta hit me that I really don’t know why. Why do I feel this strange need to end my day speaking to you? I’ve sat for hours pondering this. I was here tonight watching the family offer love and support to each other and was deeply touched. I listened to Jade and Kapunua and wanted to offer my love but the words wouldn’t come. I read L’s wonderful song lyrics and wanted to tell her how great I think they are but once again, no words. Tonight was one of those nights I could only sit in my corner and listen. Makes me feel so fucking worthless. Not sure what happened today. It started off okay but somewhere along the line it all went to shit. I slept in middle of the say for hours. I know why that was my stupid depression that hits from time to time. I always think I’ll fight it but it always wins. So I lay down close my eyes and give up. Yeah, I just gave up today. Brain turned off. So now here I am explain this shit to you and still wondering why. Maybe talking to you just gives me a release, you know? Like today. I wouldn’t tell anyone why I was so quiet. I lied and said I didn’t feel well that was why I slept. They believe me always or maybe they don’t and just don’t want to deal with me. Hey, they have problems too. I just wish I didn’t feel this way. I wish I was strong enough to fight these feeling. Just when I think I can..like I said it all goes to shit. I really am sorry I’m pouring this all out to you. Honestly I think I can cause I really don’t believe you’ll read this. I’m not saying that to sound mean. Really if I believed you would read this I wouldn’t be writing it. Now that sounds fucked up, doesn’t it? I know I’ll just have to keep whispering to myself that tomorrow will be better. It’s what I always do. Only problem is, tomorrow never really comes. I’ll wake up and it will be today.
Mayo I hope you understand how much I appreciate having this place to say these things. For so many years I kept shit like this all inside. It does help to let it out. So I’ll move back to my corner now. If you hear someone whispering about tomorrow that’s only me. Trying to make myself believe. Please family; know that even though the words won’t come my heart is with all of you.
Just being here with all of you even in my silence means more than words could ever say.

This really hit me. I have done that so many times. It's hard to admit those times and I like that you and many others can talk about it like this. And yes, this place is pretty cool. Love it tons. It's kind of like a collective journal. Sometimes there may not be answers from others, but at least there is a release by writing it out and having others read it. It feels pretty damn good.

I haven't sat down and just talked to you in quite a while, but I really wanted to today.
First things first, it is so good to see you joining in with the Family, playing along with us, making your own house a home. We did a lot of decorating during the times you were gone, and it looks pretty damn good.
The fridge and pantry are well stocked, we are chosing our rooms and building on even as I write. Oh, feel free to give us a color scheme or two for some of the common areas.
But I did want to talk to you about one thing. See, I got an e-mail from someone, and in respect for their privacy I will not tell you who, just that it is someone on here who has been a Lovely from nearly the beginning, and really cares for you. She has written many heartfelt words to you.
One of the last times you posted, the house was nearly empty, only about 5 or 6 were still up or at home. This person asked you how you were, and even though you did answer a few others, you did not return their hello and inquiry.
Now, this is not a "pay attention to me or everyone!" comment. Not at all. You are busy, we are all busy, can't talk to all at once, etc. But on this particular night, this person was having a REALLY bad night, one that I won't go into detail about, but it was not good. And I'm sure you know, if you already feel bad, things can get to you more.
Sweetie, try to at least say hello to all that ask you while you are here, even if it's nothing more than that. It may not take long for you, but it might mean a lot to someone else. I know it would have to her that night.
So, yeah, you knew I'd be the one to call you on it. You said once you look for us to pass judgement on you, and well, this is just something that needed to be addressed.
You are a good person, sweetheart, but think of the ones who take time out of their day too to talk to you. They do it because they honestly care about you, and because they honestly believe you care about us too. I have no doubt of that, honey. I have seen it, and smile greatly when I see just how far all of us have come.
Having said that, have a wonderful day, sweetie, and take care of yourself. I love you dearly.

I hate feeling so nervous about this, but I know it's because I really don't know what to expect, not having had surgery before. Well, not the kind where they wheel you down to the OR, anyway.
Funny thing is, I get about 3 to 4 shots a year behind my ear for an inflamed nerve with a needle the size of Rhode Island, but that never bothers me, just the few minutes of pain when the meds first go in, but as far as nervous, it doesn't bother me at all.
I can deal with pain, I think it's just the idea of being knocked out and cut on.

FASC,
I am having surgery on Monday to remove my gallbladder and "several large stones" as they put it. The biggest one is about an inch long!
The surgeon has already told me he may have to do larger incisions due to the size of the stones, but they are still going to try to do the laproscopy (I think that's how you spell it) but it may be, as he put it, (old fashioned surgery where they open you up). Yay.

I can understand you. I had only one surgery, and it was horrible, because they made a lot of mistakes and I have a terrible scar from it ^^ and well that was a shock for a lifetime, because back then I was only 4 1/2 years old ^^
but well that´s over 20 years ago.... surgeries changed... I know, I have to go through surgery too in some years or maybe next year? and it scares me already...
I´m sure everything will go well and you´re in good hands, I´ll be thinking of you! xxx

I've had an umbilical hernia repaired under general anaesthetic (twice) and I was a bit apprehensive but it was fine. I also had my hernia before Madonna got hers I might add. I'm such a trendsetter!

good morning I won't be about much, the rain is a bitch and there is lighting and thunder about since 2 am and still this morning, another 3 inches rain last night and it's still piouring.
i took some pics but I doubt it'll upload in this weather
BUT I went for a walk up the back near our stables and in the long grass found the peahen (remeber her?) and she was all wet in the grass then she got up and......there were 2 chicks under her!!!!!

L I've had general anaesthetic surgery and a spinal block (which is weird when you're awake and can see it (tip- do not look in the big lights they are like mirrors!) that was for a ceasarean, 99% of the time the worst you get is nausea, and I'm positive you'll be fine esp if laproscopy is what they do, somtimes the stones are gritty and can be broken up so hopefully they can do that.
