The necessary words seem to escape me when I need them most.
As I sit here in this quiet place, I find it difficult to express the entirety of my emotions. I fear that no matter what I write, you will not fully comprehend the impact your thoughtfulness has had on my heart. Could it be that the words escape me? Or is it that the act itself is indescribable? Nevertheless, please accept my humble attempt at expressing gratitude.
You overwhelm me, yet again. Your generosity has renewed my spirit. A gift I will treasure indefinitely.
A kind gesture made its way to my heart. A collection of thoughts, images, photographs, sculptures, paintings, drawings, stories, dirty stories, videos, memories, inspirations, songs, dances, a trip around the world, a mansion, a hand, recipes, poems, puzzles, riddles, and rhymes...they are all amazing. I will spend time admiring each gift, removing them from their boxes, and finding just the right place to keep them.
Soon my gratitude will transcend the buzz, and eventually, I believe you will each hear me. You always do.

Okay, lemme get on this, I will address it ONCE, remember it.
About looks, lookism, my own self image, and what you anons can do with your "OMG UR ugly" crap.
Yes, I totally struggle with the way I look. yes, I have always hated my face, I know what I look like. Just what do you think pointing it out is going to prove to me? What's your aim? Keep these things in mind:
What would being beautiful get me? A husband? I don't want a husband. I don't want to be married. A better job? I want to write. Being beautiful won't make me a better writer. (It might make me lazier.) Would it give me more talent at dancing? Make me a nicer person? Less shy? Well ... maybe it would do that last one, but then, what would being less shy afford me? A potential mate? Again, I don't want to be married. Also, I'm 35. In another ten years I'll be getting wrinkles and stuff, looks will just continue to mean less and less.
JK Rowling is hardly perfect, is she? Stephen King? Any of my heroes? I know they're not devastatingly hideous (King really does have great eyes, actually,) but they're not symmetrical beauties, either. Some of the coolest people aren't.
I realize now that beauty would have made me lazy, vain and cruel. By nature I'm the laziest cow. If I can do something the easy way, I will. For someone like me, beauty would have been "the easy way." I would never have become who I am. I would never have tried to become a good writer, a good dancer or a good martial artist. I am the kind of person who would have skated by on her looks and taken all the handouts afforded to good looking people.
(There ARE good looking people who are smart and awesome and really hard workers. Jared Leto springs to mind. It's just that I would not have been one of them.)
Beauty would have ruined me.
And most of all, I wasn't put on this planet to decorate it.
As for feminism? Bright Star, you are going to be one sad little missy when you grow up and realize that there is more to life than "having a job" and "being in a band with boys," and you are not equipped, mentally or emotionally, to handle anything outside of your little fantasies. Become a true feminist and then come back and talk to me. We can talk about MSI then, if you want. Until you understand what feminism really is, shut your goddamn mouth about it.

Incidentally, allow me to point out something about that last "suck it" pic I posted there. The boy in that picture with me is my beautiful training brother, Chris. We have a friendly one-upmanship going on with each other. He's the best in the class, and like a million belts ahead of me, but with the stretchy stuff we always try to outdo each other.
Also he is so damn beautiful that even though he is fully THIRTEEN YEARS YOUNGER THAN ME, I can never keep my eyes off of him and I feel like a pervert. O_O True story.

Plain and simple. They're going to be drawn to us because of the reputation and the stories that are already out there.
We know how to deal with them. Right? We had all pretty much agreed on this method, I thought.
Rude people need to be either:
A) ignored, or
B) discouraged strongly.
Nice people need to be:
A) discouraged POLITELY.
Ignoring the polite people only reinforces the misconception that we are a bunch of "fat, ugly, loser bitches" who hate everyone else in the world. Does this make sense to anyone besides me?
And this business of posting as an anon IF YOU ARE A REGULAR is just cowardly, asinine, weak, sneaky, and untrustworthy.

I'm disapointed that shaun the sheep didn't get to number one for christmas. It was the x factor winner (that's like pop idol). What a load of crap. I much prefer singing sheep.
