At the Leathermouth show in NYC, Frank said his grandmother was ill. This wasn't said on stage, but during a private conversation a friend of mine had with him. He mentioned that she was slowly getting better, but we all know how it is with the elderly. It's a struggle when you're older.
Perhaps he had to go home for her? I pray not, but that seems to me like a more logical explanation than a simple miff with Gerard.

Happy birthday Smoke and Venom! My birthday is exactly one week from now...not that I care. I care that I get to go to NYC this weekend. I LOVE LOVE LOVE New York. I feel at home and completely alive there.
One year, my parents came to my house for my birthday 2 1/2 hours away from them. My mom made dinner and my husband came home from work after me and said, "hey, what's the cake for?"? It was embarrasing. Especially since my parents are not too fond of him to begin with...AWKWARD.
