Crossing-over

I am certain that when I die I will become dirt. It would be nice to consider that upon my death golden open arms will greet me, enfolding me into them like a lost child finally returned home, but that’s not how I think. Never has been. It is completely incomprehensible for me to consider that once my life is over I will hang out watching the goings on down at earth while white silk draped, halo wearing, beings circle my head before diving down to intervene in someone or another’s life.

But, I can see the appeal.

And I am relatively certain I won’t burn in eternal damnation, either. Although that option is better suited to my personality and preferential if in fact my theory fails.

What motivates me is here and now...in what I intend as a reciprocal exchange.

This reminds me to ask myself “why am I even here?” I suppose one purpose is to procreate, to replenish human stock while in turn passing on my unique, somewhat maladaptive, genetic map to ensure the future of our type. But, at our current population rate, I do not see human extinction as a concern (that is not to say we won’t run out of natural resources thereby resulting in human extinction through overpopulation). So, as many population experts suggest, I will only replace myself. Although, it was never something I gave much thought.

So, why then? I have no other and a million ideas.

And, I do have considerations beyond the here and now; I get a kick out of the prospect that my progeny might proffer our future world. That, and who will take care of me when I can no longer find my ass?

I hope that I am doing a good job, that all my experience, everything that I have to give, and all that I create proves worthy beyond my own value. I want there to be some “take-away” meaning from how I live. And when I die the only “place” I want to spend eternity is ardently recalled in the generous conversation of my family and friends.

p.s. prosperous just like him.

hello J

I'm good BC just watching a bit of Lost World, Jurassic Park and flicking to a cooking show lol

i stumbled across "lost in translation" tonight. i love that movie. bill murray is an actual genius.

Original Punk J said...

That's a good movie, Ergo. Been a while since I've seen it. Have you read the book?

I haven't seen L.I.T., TJ. I remember it got good reviews, though.

toujours said...

oh, j., it is one of those movies that pulls you in, you become absorbed into their world. it is an elegant film.

Original Punk J said...

What's it about, TJ?

toujours said...

a whole lot more than just a plot synopis! but basically, bill murray and scarlett johannson's characters are two americans in tokyo for different reasons, yet they are experiencing the same disconnect from their surroundings and their own lives. they are suffering from insomnia, and meet in the bar of the hotel where they are both staying, and become friends.

their interactions are so wonderful subtle and nuanced but funny. i just enjoy watching them experience tokyo together! it's really a marvellous film, more about character (both theirs and the city's) than about what happens.

watch it watch it watch it. :)

Hello Mayo, SS, J and L, Ergo, Sweetcheeks, Amy, Elena, Wish, various anons, everyone!!!!

How are you all, tonight? Happy, well and happily singing (or at least whistling a happy tune), I hope!

*continues with 'ing' dedicated to Dream Theater anon (hell yeah)*

The original "Take Your Fingers From My Hair" by ZEBRA!!!(as I'm sure you know)! LIVE:

~"Starshine, moonshine
you're the light that shines upon me baby
I know, you'll go
find yourself another lover lady..."

That Randy Jackson sure is one hell of a performer. The last time I saw him "perform" (about a year ago) I was in AWE. How old is he now? WOW!!!!Let me tell you, It was something to behold (as in view and witness)!!! Yes, indeed, it was!

:P

~Take Your Fingers From My Hair ~ ZEBRA Demos~

I'm loving the comments on the Dream Theatre videos and the Zebra videos!!! Cheers to DT for bringing the music of Randy Jackson to a whole new generation!

Hi PJ and Martha!

PS: Happy birthday to L's dad!!!!

Original Punk J said...

I'll keep it in mind. :)

Whenever we're financially solvent again, we plan to rent a bunch of movies that we've missed over the past couple of years. What these are specifically, I can't tell you b/c I've forgotten. :P But I'll know them when I see the boxes.

OOOH! One I remember: The Dark Knight. Absolutely want to see that one. All the trailers we've seen with Heath Ledger as the Joker were just fabulous. Shame about losing him, he was a talent for sure.

Anon616 said...

Ooops! Hi TJ! You weren't here when I started typing. How are you?

Sweetcheeks: Did you see those young Zakk videos I posted a couple of pages back? He was so young in those "Pride and Glory" videos!!!!

Original Punk J said...

Wendy! Please don't let me deter you from singing! I just...*felt* that groove earlier...

*cough*

Ok, so--I saw that "Stargazer" was a cover of a Rainbow song, and then I found out that it was written by Ritchie Blackmore and Ronnie James Dio. And I went, I REMEMBER THEM! From waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay back! Oh my gosh. '80s flashback!

toujours said...

hi wendy. :)

j., have you guys looked into the dvd collection at your local library? most now have a substantial selection, and even in the little town here i can find new releases. i just got "leatherheads" tonight (the early-days of football one with george clooney), and that's just from last year.

and you can also find alot of classic films that most movie rental places wouldn't bother to carry.

i hardly rent movies anymore at all. :)

oops!

/library p.s.a.

*sheepish grin*

Anon616 said...

Hi (again) J!!!!! Don't worry. Nothing deters me from my singing!

(Well, the whole fainting thing did interrupt the song; but, I regained consciousness ~ finished singing "Vaseline" ~ and went right back to Zebra!)

;)

Now I have the urge to dig out my old Dream Theater cds! You know, the ones from 'back in the day' (aka: the 90s ~ for me).

How are you, tonight?

Amyranth said...

Bloody hell.

Walk away for 5 minutes and it turns into an hour and a half.

BC, I'm sorry to hear about the little chick. We had one fly into the window of the pet store I worked at, and while an associate took it home to nurse it back to health, nobody ever found out how he did, and nobody ever asked. O_O

It's a damn shame, but it's also, unfortunately, nature.

Nice to hear I'm not the only one job hunting as well. Tuition payments are a pain in the ass though, how much are you shelling out per semester?

Hallo again everyone!

Original Punk J said...

Hadn't thought about the library, which is ironic since my oldest sister is a library director in Middle TN. O_o

Big-Ass DUH, there.

Our branch out here is, well, sorely lacking in new anything. I don't know if they even HAVE any DVDs to rent. I'll have to find out. They got a new building some years ago, but didn't update much of their inventory.

Anon616 said...

Hi Amy!!!!

Are you not having much luck on the "better" job hunt front, Amy?

hi there amyranth. :)

j., don't feel bad, it's a fact that most people don't think about checking that sort of stuff out from the library...i mentioned it to my sister (who is a big time reader), and she had the same reaction. :)

also, you can sometimes get cards at different library systems, depending on their residency requirements. i have a card for the little library my folks go to, and one for the one in town...two different systems, two different counties, but i live in one and work in the other.

also, you can do interlibrary loans for materials that you really want -- i haven't done one in a long time, so i don't remember if there are any restrictions as far as getting media through i.l.l., but it's worth looking into!

Hiya, how are you? Hey there J, how's it going?

Amyranth said...

Hey J!

Hey Wendy!

Yeah, not too much luck. There's lots of jobs in the range of what I'm making, but I can't work those kinds of jobs anymore. I need to do something more challenging, more constructive and where I get paid a bit better.

Also, where I don't come home with screaming migraines. :B

Amyranth said...

Hey Teej! How're you doing tonight?

Anonymous said...

Amy, thanks. I assumed the poor chick fell out of a nest somewhere around my neighborhood, but I'm not sure. Half of its' small body was injured, came close to being hit by a car until my mom saw it and scooped it up.

Poor baby didn't last long though. I did took a pic of it, it was so cute, chirping loudly and jumping in my living room.

As far as I owe in tuition, it comes to this: close to $2,000, and this is going towards a bachelor's degree.

Hey there tj, how's your hair coming along? I read on twitter that it's green now?

toujours said...

doing pretty good, amyranth! (i have green hair...*grin*)

Original Punk J said...

Hey BC! Things are going well, thanks. How're you?

Amy, you may have to rethink that "on the corner" job. Hey, at least it pays pretty well...

Where'd Elena and Ergo run off to?

that's right, bc. :)

it's not a solid green, just some chunks here and there. i already made a small child exclaim and get hushed by his mom. *heh*

That's good J, sorry about your legs though.

Sugarplum: Eeeps, I forgot to watch the Zakk videos the other day :P

But guess what? I'm gonna be leaving sometime at the end of the month/beginning of October. Woo

Amyranth said...

BC, at least he was warm, and probably somewhat happy before he died. Hopefully anyway. :(
My best friend was going to divert her last year's tuition to her wedding until her fiance said there's wouldn't BE one if she did. She pays around $6,000/year for psychology. She'll only have a bachelor's as well when she's done, and no guarantee of employment. :S

Teej, green? Like Sailor Neptune green, or a Sailor Pluto sort of green?

J, I said that to someone on the bus the other day. Well, what I actually said was "If you have a choice between retail and sucking dick for a living, suck dick. People complain less when you do."

PS: Thank you for the LOL (and Mardi Gras costume idea), Martha!!!

Hi Ergo!!! How are you?

Anonymous said...

Amy, yeah, and that no guarantee of employment is why I'm in the middle of considering my options, and I read that the government might also be cutting down on financial aid, so not sure what to do at this point. I'll probably cut down to a two-year degree if I have to.

Thanks sugarplum :)

ergoproxy said...

HI wendy I didn't see you there
I'm good thanks, how are you?

Amyranth said...

BC, there's not much in terms of aid here in Canada either. I keep hearing about this theoretical grant you can apply for that will pay for your entire tuition if you're guaranteed a job once you're done, but I can't even find any links to it on a government website. :P

Wendy, why thank you!

Teej, didn't you do that green hair once before?

Original Punk J said...

Hey Ergo! Well, since it was DH who was keeping you away...I forgive you completely. ;D

He's a good reason!

Amy, you made my day with that story! And see, sucking dick makes everybody happy, whereas retail only satisfies the retailer (usually). Plus, you don't have to stand on your feet all day. :D

TJ, do you have a picture of your new green hair?

Teej, I thought you had, and you're right that green was really kind of mossy, huh? Doesn't help either when your hair is naturally curly and therefore, sort of mossy to begin with. Are you going to try for purple next time then?

Goodnight Wendy and Teej!

Well, I was wrong about butterflies apparently. I thought I had heard that they needed sunlight to fly after they hatch, but what it really was is that they need to be left alone for a few hours after they hatch so they can pump fluid into their wings to make them hard enough to fly on.

Which is still kind of funny because butterflies don't really fly, they kind of fumble around the air.

ergoproxy said...

lol I probably should!

ergoproxy said...

have you ever watched them do it amy? it is amazing to see the wings unfurl. Shame they are so short lived in that form.

hey mayo,

i was thinking about you today (did you sneeze much? *grin*). i had a little bit of a wait at the salon this afternoon, so i pulled out my little writer's book where i jot down all the ideas and what ifs that occur to me as i go.

do you remember the poem that was part my gift that first christmas? i worked out a lot of it in that little book. i had fun getting that gift together (even though the poem is a limping little thing...)

it's funny, but you kind of litter my life...there's little bits of this blog everywhere. my personal journals of full of the goings-on here, scraps of quotes are tucked in folders and in flash drives, and the friends i have here are also on all my other sites.

and i still grin at bottles in the grocery store.

A Crestview couple who drove their car to Wal-Mart, only to have their car break down in the parking lot. The man told his wife to carry on with the shopping while he fixed the car in the lot.

The wife returned later to see a small group of people near the car. On closer inspection, she saw a pair of male legs protruding from under the chassis. Although the man was in shorts, his lack of under-pants turned private parts into glaringly public ones.

Unable to stand the embarrassment, she dutifully stepped forward, quickly put her hand UP his shorts, and tucked everything into place.

The wife stood back up, she looked across the hood and found herself staring at her husband who was standing idly by.

The mechanic, however, had to have three stitches in his forehead.

Unfortunately, he didn't get adopted, but he's on the website, and he'll stay in foster homes until he gets a permanent home. So it's better news than the usual.

8:12 I both agree and disagree. While I definitely don't LIKE what happened to Kapu and the rest of her friends at the hands of the people here, I still don't believe she or any of them is over it. If she was I don't think she would have to come on here and say 'Hey you guys didn't hurt me, you didn't get me down, I'm not going to let what you did affect me', I think she would just not bother saying anything at all.

The fact that she came here to say that no one here hurt her, makes me think that they actually DID.

Like I said I don't think that is a GOOD thing. I was quite disgusted by the way people here acted and still act. I almost fell over when I read what they were doing after the loss of her father. That might have been lower than getting her fired.

I hope she can move on - I don't think she has.

I do agree w/you about them 'sweeping it under the rug' and they are obviously not wanting SS to see any references to their boorish pack behaviour.

hey mayo,

i like to watch movies with my lunch on the weekends. i kind of take over the back room here and camp out with a dvd and projects.

today i took a quick flip through the channels before putting my dvd, and ended up not watching it at all, because i stumbled across "lotr: the two towers".

and stayed to watch, natch.

i sheerly love that trilogy, as much because it captures the depth and feel of the books i've had on my shelf since childhood as the fact that they came out at a very key time in my life. i was in between my diagnosis and my first treatment when i was sitting in the theatre watching the first movie. there were scenes and lines in it that felt as if the characters were speaking directly to me, and i can remember tears on my face for most of the film.

i always end up watching those movies when they're on.

so this afternoon was spent on the battlefields of middle-earth, but here's the cool thing -- it was more like spending an afternoon in a workshop with tolkein.

for some reason i was really aware of what he was doing with plot and character today. i kept noticing things, and those details kept sparking ideas for my own story...i spent so much time today sitting in front of the tv, head down, scribbling in my little writer's book it's a wonder i was able to catch my favorite scenes at all!

sometimes, when i have a lazy weekend day i feel bad at the end of it, like it was a day wasted being a couch potato, but not today. today has all these exciting little moments in it, shiny bits of clarity and momentum in which my story became richer, and my characters more fully realized.

well, i hope, anyway!

plus, now i want my leaf brooch out of storage, more than ever.

good night, mayo. i hope you had a satisfying day, too, and may tomorrow be even better. yes, you heard me -- better!

Good Morning, everyone!

I would come in singing but right now it would sound like this:

*Some attempt to sing *snort* some more garbled singing *cough cough* croaky singing *honk! cough cough*

Well, you get the picture.

How can there BE so much gunk in one's head?! Where does it all come from? The climate change to Mum and Dad's and back fucks up my sinuses for days afterwards. The longer I'm there, the worse it is when I come back. We live in the valley and my parents are in the moutains, so it messes with me.

I'm sure it plays Hell on musicians who travel all over the country or world in a short amount of time, going from one climate change to another in short times. I wonder how they keep from getting gunked up, especially the singers?

But overall, doing fine, heading out today to run some errands. I've only skimmed the comments, so I'll have to go back over them later tonight before I really reply, but I will say

TJ, love the hair. Greenilocks indeed!

Elena, You know we're here for you. With a hug and a baseball bat for your offspring. :)

Wendy, Ergo, Amy, B.C., Wish, Possum!, Lewis, Martha, Cupcake, Anima, Paperheart, m., Jennicula, Far, PJ, anons, lurkers, anyone I missed, I will catch you later today!

Love,

I feel like this use to be a place of mystery, poetry, science, creativity...... I feel like now it is a bunch of women at a club each fitting into their own 'cliche' of what a group of women are supposed to act like.

Older women chasing a young stud (who is married) and desperate for his attention. Desperate for the approval of this certain "precious" someone and trying to hide the fact that they drunkenly threw chairs across the bar at a group of girls who were "stealing their thunder". The sad housewife at the bar who comes in all the time talking about how down she is. A pretentious know it all who for some reason doesn't have any place else to be even though she thinks she's so smart. A silly hippie. And a foul mouth one who thinks that yelling at the bar about giving a BJ is 'sassy'.

I feel like the heart, the creativity and the mystery of this blog has been beat up and kicked out of the bar by the ones who are left. Which is just a bunch of empty people babbling and trying to pretend that what happened here..... didn't. Ever. Just in order to get the favor of two men.

Mayo I wonder if you miss the way the blog use to be. Because I miss it. All the fun, games, mystery. Creativity. Do you miss it Mayo because I do, and you can't really think this is a change for the better.

Anonymous said...

I forgot the crazy scary old psychos, the ones who will really hurt you in real life if you get to close to this dive. Those are the ones standing on top of the bar screaming about how no one should mess with them or they will fuck you up. Of course those would be Wendy and Mya.

Those would be the ones who would key your car or try to run you over as you were leaving.

If you hate the people who are here, why do you have to come here and say so? Think about it.

Anonymous said...

I'm sorry we can't all live up to your expectations anon. No one ever said this was officially a "poetry" blog. If you want poetry go and read some. Sorry we're not "intellectual" enough for you or "sensitive" enough. Sorry we have a "real" way of speaking. Sorry your delicate ears can't handle the words that get said here. If it's poetry and creativity you want go to a poetry site or an art site. This is just a bunch of women, REAL women, talking.

Anonymous said...

I also don't understand why the sex talk offends you. if Amyranth wants to talk about blowjobs, so what? She is an adult. If the OP's want to talk to SS about their dreams (and they haven't even said anything overtly sexual to him in a while) why is tha your concern? I don't understand it. Is he YOURS, anon? Otherwise why would you mind? Or do you just think of him as "Yours"? The OP's have a right to address him any way they want and not once has he ever complained or even hinted that he objects to it. And don't try to say "he's too nice to say anything to them" because in case you forgot, he was the one who started the flirtation by calling OPJ his angel.

Anonymous said...

Mother, please! Mayo and SS both used to come around much more frequently when Kap and the sisters were still here.

Anonymous said...

Just because you don't think they are around doesn't mean they aren't. Or did you miss the Swedish Chef reference?

Anonymous said...

WTF are you talking about now?

Anonymous said...

Think what you want about the people here but they have never done anything wrong to anyone. you can keep saying they have, keep hoping that SS and Mayo will "see them for what they are" and believe you. But unfortunately for you, friendships between Mayo, SS and the Lovelies are stronger than you think.

Stop trying to get sympathy for Kapunua. As OPJ pointed out, she is not the only person here to lose their father. Many of the Lovelies lost their fathers. OPJ lost hers very young.

People here, especially OPJ tried to give her sympathies, knowing all the while that she would throw it back in her face. Sorry but you don't get to decide who talks to you and who doesn't. OPJ talked to her and there's nothing anyone can do to stop that. She has every right to speak to Kapunua in any way, at any time she wants. Losing one's father does not give you a "get out of jail free" card and Kapunua needs to just deal with whatever OPJ says to her. You don't think OPJ was sincere, too bad for you, and too bad for Kapu. Using the excuse "she's upset" because she threw those sympathies back in OPJ's face, is a cop out.

Wendy lost her brother. MJ lost her mother. PH lost her brother. Anima, lost her father as well. You don't see any of them turning people away at the door because they "don't like them" or "don't want to hear from them". Adults realize that you don't get to choose who says what to you at any time. So suck it up and get over it.

Anonymous said...

Since the beginning we know that Mayo and SS don't always let us know when they have been lurking. And it hasn't been until a while later when some reference is made that we find out they have been reading us. That's nothing new.

Anonymous said...

Swedish Chef? Huh?

Anonymous said...

The OPs were talking to SS about the Swedish Chef and he answered them with a reference of his own the the Swedish Chef. See just because you didn't see it doesn't mean it didn't happen.

Anonymous said...

That's why I say that your plan to demonize the OPS because you think they "bothered" someone that you like, isn't going to work. I think that SS can see through you. And I also think that their bond is too strong for your bullshit.

Anonymous said...

SS and Mayo are both notorious lurkers. They have both said they consider the people here friends. So if you don't like it, suck it!

The saddest girl
In the whole world
Sits in thirty day
Thinks she owns it.
Models herself a pro
With every word just so
Crack answers for everything
And a lie to keep you guessing
Is she real or just made-up.

She says she's lost her life
And can't tell where to find it.
So she sold her soul for the high
Of the sweet synthetic lullaby.
Where's the bottom when you need it?

The saddest girl
In the whole world
Just told the doctor she's fine
The problem isn't mine
"It's them." and they've ruined me
And all that I could ever be.
So now she has a new disguise
and half-way covers her eyes
with a crystal crooked crown
Slipping just missing her frown.

She says she's lost her life
And can't tell where to find it.
So she sold her soul for the high
Of the sweet synthetic lullaby.
Where's the bottom when you need it?

She used to be a little girl
The sweetest you've ever seen.
Now she's just a tracing
Of a near broke beauty queen.

This may not be an official "poetry blog" but somebody here likes it enough to decorate their blog with it. By posting their own poems and borrowing from others.

That is all. Please continue with whatever you were arguing about today.

Quite possibly it is about either one of them, or any number of people who frequent here. Who knows?

The fact remains that Mayo decided to tell the story in poem form. This wasn't the first time and I'm sure it won't be the last.

I love Mayo's poems. They haunt me, make me think, help me to open my eyes to something new. What's not to enjoy about that?

Anonymous said...

So she sold her soul for the high

That's what made me think it was about Sdock. But clearly Mayo doesn't approve of the person in the poem.

Anonymous said...

Kapunua called the people here "hamfisted" and that was very wrong. I hate that word.

Anonymous said...

You hate the word "hamfisted"?

Anonymous said...

OPJ is that dangerous type of woman that goes after another woman's husband. You think she wouldn't pounce on him if she had the chance? Me neither.

Anonymous said...

I don't see SS objecting.

Anonymous said...

SS has also never, ever said anything remotely sexual to OPJ whereas she, on the other hand, never shuts up about the things she wants to do to him.

Anonymous said...

And yes I hate that word. It is such a nasty thing to call someone. It makes the people here seem clumbsy and overbearing. Which they most certainly are not.

Anonymous said...

Only a few times did she mention anything specific she wanted to "do" to him. Stop bullshitting. She talks to him in a tender way but it is not overtly sexual. If you are still hung up on her dildo comments from A FEW YEARS AGO, then let it go!!

Anonymous said...

I bet SS likes curvy women. ^_~

Anonymous said...

I don't get the whole OPJ/SS drama. It always seemed to me he was much closer to Kapu. I've thought for a long time now that she found out his identity at the charity gig.

Anonymous said...

Ages and ages ago SS wrote a riddle. It was really tough to crack but it turned out that it gave the date, venue and time of a small charity gig in New Jersey. It was essentially an invitation for the Lovelies. It specifically said it would be good to see us there. This was when the blog was still like an isolated bubble, when everyone still liked each other and before this place, Mayo and SS were splashed all over LJ, BN etc. I always thought Kapu went along to that gig and met SS.

Anonymous said...

it doesn't matter who met them. From the start he has called OPJ his angel. I think that trying to destroy what they have by trying to demonize the people here is low. And is not going to work.

Anonymous said...

I'm not trying to do that at all. I was just saying why I thought Kapu and SS were close. I haven't said anything about OPJ or anyone else here.

Anonymous said...

Mayo and SS will never confirm their identity to anyone. That would be a totally stupid move for both of them.

Anonymous said...

OPJ just can't bear to think that her precious SS might be closer to Kap than to her.

Anonymous said...

Everyone does, including you. A time comes when what you have always believed is true melts away underneath you. When you cast in doubt even the most obvious, the most simple. When it seems that dark night is all around, and you are all alone. Take heart, this journey through abyss is the final barrier before your emergence into the heavenly light of a new synthesis of your being. God is waiting for you on the other side.

Hiya guys, how are you all?

Hiya Mayo, hiya SS.

Losing Dad sometimes doesn't seem so doable.

If you've ever lost someone so suddenly, then you start to expect it every single day. And when it's your Dad, trust me on this, your Mom becomes the most fragile, delicate thing in the world. Every cough, every ache, every indigestion is cancer, every moment of tiredness is a heart attack.

I totally feel this. That's why after dad died, when mum got cancer, I felt like the floor had fallen away beneath me. Sometimes you wonder if you could actually possibly deal with any more grief or if it isn't physically possible. But K, if she does get ill, you'll deal with it. You'll just carry on cos you'll have to.

So now, every time the phone rings at 4 AM

We had the 4am phone call to tell us Dom was dead. This is like the story of my shitty life.

I hate to turn it round to me but what I'm trying to say is I understand all those crappy feelings and thoughts you are having right now. Though it doesn't help knowing other people have felt it too. Your own grief is just too personal. You've just got to carry on, like carrie says one day at a time.

I'm with you too carrie sweetie, I know you've been there.

I know that everyone on this blog has their own sadness. I wish I could give you all a hug. I don't think my arms are long enough though. And I don't think there's enough room to list everyone's sadness and suffering but I recognise it and sympathise with you ALL.

How can there BE so much gunk in one's head?! Where does it all come from?

LOL OPL, I've had the same problem this last few days. Where does it come from. I worry where my brain is when I'm all gunked up cos I've only got a little head and if it's mostly full of snot, where's the little grey cells? I hope you are feeling better now.

Maybe, maybe not. But she was one of the anons today, I can assure you.

Just leave the people here alone and either join back in and act like a human being or get over it. You have dragged this out long enough. It is ridiculous the amount of abuse the ones who are left have had to endure. Even if they did do something, ages ago, don't you think there may have been reasons? These are not the type of people to simply decide they hate someone and attack them.

You continually beat down these people for the exact same thing you are doing to them. It doesn't matter if you are anon or named, you are still a person behind that screen and still accountable. It seems those here are expected to take anything that is said to them, no matter how vile, and say nothing. If they defend themselves, you claim it is further proof of their "nastiness".

They aren't trying to sweep anything under the rug, they are doing what others have requested, and that is not talking about them, or to them. They don't care who Mayo and SS talk to, it is you that have projected that onto them.

Anon616 said...

Pardon me, I would simply like to point out to an "anon" or two that I never said anything about that girl's father.

The only I did say when hearing about his passing was:

"I wish to OFFER my condolences to the family."

One simple statement. Period.

And, that was after reading the accusations, insinuations and outright lies of that "Carrie anon" person.

Furthermore, this "psycho" has never interferred in anyone's real life. I did not send e~mails to anyone. I did not post anyone's personal information, anywhere; ect...
