i used to stargaze all the time, triston, every night in the summer's home from college. i would look out past the one constellation that pointed to the center of the galaxy, and it was almost as if i could feel the immense distance, and myself pinned to the curve of the earth like a speck. utterly amazing.

last summer ergo i went out to the coast for a family reunion, and the sound of the ocean was everpresent. it's such a soothing sound -- i would sit up way too long on the back porch of our rented cottage listening to it.

So, I was watching this mooooovie, and this dude was writing a letter to a friend he'd made. This friend gave him lots of advice and helped him to see a bit clearer, which is the long and the short of it. The friend started reading this massive letter, and at the end it read, "I just wanted to say thank you."
And it was funny to me, because some of us take the long way around to make it to our point, then others have the natural ability to just say it.
I guess I'm one of the ones who take the long way around. :)

I use it a lot and I'm sorry if you felt it was personal but perhaps you could at least attempt to understand the reasoning rather than each time just saying
"...so they told them"
which wasn't as I was explaining the only interpretation. I find what you did nothing like a debate, it was more a complete disregard for my resoning.
So obviously we both need to try harder next time
